Lifeway Marketing is growing and seeking a Manager, CRM & Retention | Remote who will lead Lifeway’s efforts around CRM, personalization and loyalty strategic planning. Primary responsibilities include collaboration in establishing the vision, objectives, strategies, and annual plans within each area. They will lead the program strategy, promotion management, and performance analyses to drive growth through acquisition, engagement, and retention.

Responsibilities

  • Creates a holistic experience for the customer that is focused on increasing revenue, retention rates, and LTV
  • Manages email and sms workflow, tasks and calendars in order to deliver campaigns on-time
  • Collaborates internally and externally, serving as the primary point of contact for these initiatives and the day-to-day executional lead with direct reports
  • Partners with the Director, Digital Marketing to shape the company’s approach to customer loyalty marketing, personalization, and audience segmentation
  • Facilitates building of lifecycle marketing campaigns for email and mobile marketing channel
  • Serves as Marketing SME for Salesforce, and personalization strategies and plans
  • Oversee the CRM & Retention team which encompasses several email and loyalty strategists
  • Creates and executes a comprehensive marketing automation strategy for Lifeway
  • Define marketing automation success metrics, develop and manage high-quality reporting
  • Plans, writes briefs regarding segmentation, campaign setup, QA, A/B testing, reporting
  • Occassional travel, sometimes overnight

Qualifications

Education

Bachelors in business, Marketing or similar course of study, required

MBA, preferred

Knowledge, Skills, and Experience – Required

  • 5+ years marketing automation, defining audience segmentation, and web analytics; agency or client side
  • 5+ years building email, sms and push campaigns and user journeys in Salesforce Marketing Cloud and Attentive
  • 3+ years planning, writing briefs, segmentation, campaign setup, QA, A/B testing, reporting
  • Demonstrated, successful experience building consumer journeys
  • Proven track record of loyalty program development

About the Role

Thorn is seeking a dynamic and organized Marketing Coordinator to support the Marketing & Communications team in managing and executing content and campaigns. What You’ll Do

  • Project management:
    • Intake, scope and manage various marketing and communications projects from conception to execution to ensure on-time and on-budget delivery.
    • Coordinate and build all projects utilizing Asana and internal tools. Collaborate with Marketing & Communications, agencies, freelancers and cross-functional teams to ensure timely and successful completion of projects.

  • Content and campaign coordination:

  • Community management:

What We’re Looking For

  • 3+ years experience working in nonprofit, agency or product-driven organization in marketing, project management or related field
  • Experience successfully project managing marketing initiatives. Agency account management experience is a plus.

  • Experience owning content management systems and CRMs- WordPress and Hubspot experience preferred
