Position Summary:

Aetna Group Retiree Solutions is seeking a Manager of Digital Project Management. We are seeking a digital-first, process-oriented individual with a lot of creativity and collaborative drive to help lead our digital transformation. Reporting into an analytics, insights and digital department, this position leads Group Medicare’s digital program development efforts on multiple fronts to better meet our customer needs.

This strategic project management role affords ample opportunities to work with our marketing experts and sales leaders to drive our digital transformation forward. Key position responsibilities:

Support D2C microsite maintenance, B2B digital Website buildout and related digital transformation efforts by serving as a project manager and by helping build a prioritized digital road map
Manage the digital change / upgrade process flow working in conjunction with account managers and others to refine and speed digital change intake and delivery for customers

Influence change or enhancements to digital processes, business policies and system infrastructure to improve digital footprint quality, experience and accessibility

Proactively evaluate project activities, build contingency plans, execute corrective action and monitor issue resolution to mitigate risks such as scope creep and / or budget variances
Work with advisers from key functional areas to understand potential project impact on the organization in order to best align project work and execute activities
Contribute to building our digital marketing funnel and refining it to improve sales conversion and other key business objectives
Build divisional business requirements to integrate with enterprise requirements in key enterprise digital initiatives
Connect with divisional colleagues at all levels to understand our digital Voice of Customer in order to better represent and secure divisional digital interests
Present and serve as a digital consultant to internal / external customers, constituents and business partners while leveraging digital systems and interconnectivities knowledge (e.g.; key client digital progress reports)
Identify resources in peer organizations to meet high priority digital objectives as needed
Manage the analysis, planning, design and development being performed to support accurate maintenance of support systems for business areas
Manage and actively participate in digital UAT to isolate and solve problems prior to launching initiatives in production environments
Support digital analytics reporting (e.g.; website performance, pathing, etc.) and make recommendations for iterative improvement

Required Qualifications:
Demonstrated ability to effectively coordinate and oversee multiple projects simultaneously
Experience crafting seamless digital customer experiences in highly regulated and / or Medicare environments
3 to 5 years of digital project management experience inclusive of road map design using process or design software

3 to 5 years of agile project management experience

1 to 3 years of data interpretation, analytics and insights experience including use of Adobe Analytics and/or Google Analytics

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
Master’s degree preferred.
