The ideal candidate is a strategic thought partner for the leadership team with deep expertise and discipline in marketing analytics and experimentation. We see this role as a critical changemaker for the business, collaborating closely with the Product, Credit and Data Science, and Finance teams.
Travel for company offsites is expected at a minimum 2 times a year.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and lead execution of analytically-backed growth marketing plans and rigorously tested strategies, aligning them with overarching business objectives and targets.
- Anticipate market, competitive, and channel trends and proactively outline strategies and tactics to exploit opportunities and mitigate challenges, balancing risk and reward appropriately.
- Oversee and iteratively improve campaign measurement, attribution, and reporting of CAC and ROAS, including rigorous assessment of incrementality and marginal cost.
- Use analytical frameworks, disciplined A/B testing, and data-driven insights to enhance the effectiveness of all growth programs and optimize media budget allocation.
- Systematically deconstruct complex problems, formulate hypotheses, and organize team efforts for rigorous verification.
- Communicate actively and thoughtfully across the organization, striking the proper balance of big-picture framing and essential details depending on the audience and subject.
- Efficiently mobilize and lead cross-functional teams to maximize the impact and cohesion of marketing, product, engineering, and analytics resources and adapt swiftly to market dynamics.
- Provide real-time feedback and hands-on guidance to direct and dotted-line reports and business partners, ensuring each individual evolves and excels under your leadership.
Candidate Qualifications
- 8-10 years of experience developing and executing business or growth marketing strategies for consumer credit, a must.
- Track record of anticipating trends, headwinds, or tailwinds and agilely translating these into successful growth marketing strategies and tactics.
- Robust understanding of or demonstrated capacity to learn and apply analytical concepts and measurement technologies related to marketing attribution.
- Strong bias for action with the ability to efficiently and methodically organize and deploy cross-functional resources in pursuit of business goals and changing circumstances.
- Resourceful problem-solver who can deconstruct issues and tease out patterns and insights to inform business decisions.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a keen sensibility for when and how to adapt a message to inform and persuade the audience.
- Radically candid approach to giving and soliciting feedback with a proven ability to mentor and level-up direct reports and business partners.
- Bachelor’s degree required.

We are looking for an Epic Clarity/Caboodle Ambulatory and Inpatient BI Analyst Report Developer for our client, a County in the State of California. The focus of this role is to provide end-to-end delivery of reporting and analytics solutions in the Epic Cogito Clarity/Caboodle Ambulatory and Inpatient spaces.
This contract position is long-term with funding approved every 12 months (extensions likely), 40 hours per week. This is a remote rolein the US.
This is a W-2 role as a Stage 4 Solutions employee. Health benefits and 401K are offered.
Responsibilities:
- Develop, enhance, and deploy Ambulatory and Inpatient-focused reports
- Develop self-serve Radar, Cogito SQL, Slicer dicer datasets with end user understandable output visualizations
- Peer test and give constructive feedback on outputs created by Analytics team members
- Report grouper creation, use, & maintenance
- Coalesce analytics related requests and offer solutions that satisfy multiple requirements, and Software Development Life Cycle discipline: gathering & documenting and confirming requirements, designing solutions, obtaining SME signoff, coding, testing/validation, UAT, & documentation.
- Provide end-to-end delivery of reporting and analytics solutions in the Epic Cogito Clarity/Caboodle Ambulatory and Inpatient spaces. Sample areas include:
- Third-Party extracts and submissions (i.e. Aries, Cisco Phone Call Reminders)
- Clarity/Caboodle querying for
- Outpatient Procedures and Imaging (Epic Cupid Data Model)
- Population Identification with supplemental clinical data (i.e. HRSA Homeless Population submission)
- Cadence related events (Canceled, Completed, No-shows) and Outreach from Epic Hello World
- Conversion of Crystal Report Add-commands to Stored Procedures
Requirements:
- 5+ years of Epic Clarity analytics development experience – advanced understanding and usage of – along with the ability to go anywhere in – the Clarity data model. MUST have knowledge of the Clarity tables needed for Ambulatory/Inpatient requests.
- Strong Ambulatory background and Operating Room Reporting experience
- Must have consultant-level experience regarding requirements gathering, knowledge of clinical workflows, and gathering metrics through those workflows.
- Must have proven consultative experience analyzing clinical workflows, the Clarity/Caboodle tables that hold that data and the ability to collaborate with stakeholders/leaders to define metrics that will be actionable for their needs.
- 5+ experience with SQL development
- 3+ experience with Caboodle Data Models and Star Schema
- 3+ years of SSIS extract experience
- Experience with Crystal-Epic integration and conversion of Crystal reports with in-Epic solutions

Title: Wires Applications Developer (Hybrid / Remote)
Location: TX-Austin
The Payments – Wires Support Team provides management, support and maintenance of the “Wires” ecosystem including domestic and international wire transfers. The team ensures the applications and associated systems, and processes are performing efficiently to avoid business disruption.
As a Wires Application Developer, you will be involved in the development and maintenance of our Wires applications that are integrated with mainframe systems and the enterprise service bus. You will also be supporting testing efforts involving installation and upgrade of these applications. This is a subset of the overall responsibilities which involves other multiple initiatives as assigned by IT leadership. This role is hybrid (Tue & Wed on-site) for candidates in Kansas City metropolitan area and open to qualified remote candidates outside of Kansas City area but within the US only.
How you’ll spend your time:
- Serve as a business partner to identify, document, and resolve business partner development requests. Also involved in testing support for installation/upgrade of assigned applications.
- Involved in scope, estimate, design, configure, analyze, maintain, troubleshoot, and test technical and non-technical solutions required to satisfy clients’ needs. Perform development tasks which will involve extraction and transfer of data, performing all associated transformations, validations, cleansing, and preparation of data for load into applicable systems.
- Develop and implement process improvements, be a resource and advocate for the business partners and work closely with the system administrators and database administrators to perform space planning, monitoring, security, performance tuning, archiving, and upgrade support.
- Work closely with user and management to maintain and continually improve the operations, maintenance, and documentation of the systems.
- Make recommendations to users and management regarding system expansions, alternative approaches, enhancements, and operational improvements. Advocate for change and assist in the alignment of team initiatives to organizational strategic goals and priorities.

- You have at least 3 years of experience with .NET development for services and micro-services.
- You experience in project management (formal or informal) which would include strong time management, prioritization, and interpersonal skills.
- You can document and explain complex technical concepts.
