About this team

The Architect partners with delivery teams to architect, design, and build flexible, scalable, and resilient applications and services that can more easily adapt to future business needs. The Mobile App is the Guest facing iOS and Android Application. The App is the Front End experience for guests to browse and purchase product, as well as engage with other Guest Specific features, such as Community, Wishlist’s, Loyalty etc.

A day in the life:

  • Lead the business/functional architecture and strategy for solutions in a manner consistent with lululemon Technology’s enterprise architecture, applying common frameworks and re-usable components
  • Help ensure the operational platforms and associated interfacing data and systems have been properly architected from and end-to-end perspective to meet the functional and non-functional needs of the business
  • Work closely with other domain architects (DevOps, CICD, Mobile, db, and other integrated systems) and development teams to support and guide solution implementations and acts as an advisor for technical resources on projects
  • Assist the estimation of dev and QA efforts ensuring proper understanding of implementation scope, as well as adherence to best practices and methodical delivery
  • Work directly with Business Analysts to define and refine technical requirements for future work
  • Ensure as-requested functionality gets translated into as-designed solutions within the context of timeline, resources, org structure and quality
  • Take ownership of bringing conceptual design down to a level of detail that can be physically implemented. Ensuring all required details and documentations are in the right place on Jira and confluence.
  • Develop and maintain current and future-state architecture models
  • Stay abreast of industry best practices, technologies, architectures, trends, and emerging technologies
  • Partner with delivery teams to architect, design, and build flexible, scalable, and resilient applications and services that can more easily adapt to future business needs.
  • Conduct code reviews alongside QA and developers to ensure adherence to specs, design solutions with other architects for system integrations
  • Collaborate with DevOps and infra teams for backend setup,
  • Participate in technology reviews and conduct as-built audit + documentation, and work with ops readiness teams to design system continuity and support.
  • Advise Mobile Developers on best practices and Architecture usage
  • Coordinate Mobile Application Release Processes
  • Advise and Monitor Resource usages and costs (AWS)

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science/engineering or equivalent work experience
  • 1-2 Years Architecture Experience
  • Strong experience building inhouse apps.
  • While proficiency in Cloud architecture is not required, the experience building architecture for Apps with a supporting Cloud architecture is.

What is a Claims Quality Assurance Analyst at Clearcover?

Clearcover is looking for a claims professional to join its fast growing team. The Claims QA Analyst will work directly with claims leadership to measure performance of Clearcover’s claims operation.

What will you do?

  • Use your claims knowledge and pattern recognition skills to review and assess claim handling at the individual, unit, segment, and/or organizational level based on established criteria in order to drive desired quality behaviors and results
  • Collaborate with claims leadership, especially the Claims QA Lead and Claims Training Department, to identify training and functionality gaps, as well as opportunities for process improvement
  • Prepare quality audit reports, identifying and highlighting trends in order for claims leaders to review and act upon quality trend insights
  • Ensure continued alignment of the QA audit process to established department performance metrics
  • Assist in coordination and facilitation of QA calibration sessions with claims leadership
  • Assist in creating programs for quality improvement based on your analysis including possible revisions to the current QA program

What do you need?

  • 3 to 5 years of quality claim handling experience, auto claim handling a plus

We are seeking a dynamic, innovative Senior Technical Project Manager to drive the technical implementation of new strategic products across multiple work streams within the RV Home business unit. What You’ll Do:

  • Roadmap and prioritize with engineering teams and stakeholders to determine strategic priority projects.
  • Assess incoming feature requests and work with engineering teams to determine level of effort.
  • Own progress tracking and reporting on all workstreams. Facilitate meetings and effectively communicate project expectations and deadlines to team members and stakeholders.
  • Set and manage expectations around work that is required to launch and maintain key revenue programs through exceptional communication, kick off meetings and consistent on-time deliverables
  • Strategically and tactfully communicate deliverables, red flags and accountability for next steps with thoughtful timelines, to internal and external stakeholders
  • Manage time tracking and software capitalization estimates for work being developed
  • Act as Scrum Master/Agile Coach for teams.

What We’re Looking For:

  • 5+ years of experience leading large, cross-functional technical projects
  • Demonstrate maturity, judgment, negotiation/influence skills, analytical skills, leadership skills essential to successful program/project management
  • Possess a thorough understanding of software processes (development, configuration, testing, and deployment)
  • Experience managing efforts implementing and maintaining web and API standards
  • Proven track record of developing and refining process
