In this role, you’ll get to:
- Collaborate with Enablement and GTM team members to identify our highest-impact learning priorities
- Experiment with innovative content development & distribution strategies to engage our learners
- Design learning solutions that bridge gaps and increase rep performance
- Develop multiple types of modalities including virtual instructor-led trainings, eLearning, videos, one-pagers, and more
- Improve, refine, and maintain existing content
- Conduct research with the GTM team as needed to inform content strategy
We are looking for people who:
- Have a background in learning design or proven experience developing enablement content
- Have previous experience with virtual course design and can adapt to evolving learner personas
- Experience with Articulate Rise & Storyline a plus
- Have knowledge of the world of adult learning and have 2+ years experience in the GTM or enablement industry
- Form strong partnerships with others and view them as essential to getting things done

Cash compensation range: 90,400 – 113,000 – 135,600 USD Annually
The cash compensation above includes base salary, on-target commission for employees in eligible roles, and annual bonus targets under HubSpot’s bonus plan for eligible roles. In addition to cash compensation, all HubSpotters are eligible to participate in HubSpot’s equity plan to receive restricted stock units (RSUs). Some roles may also be eligible for overtime pay. Individual compensation packages are based on a few different factors unique to each candidate, including their skills, experience, qualifications and other job-related reasons.

Job Summary
The Implementation Consultant is responsible for utilizing best-in-class implementation practices to onboard Paycor clients, spanning from single product delivery to multi-product, complex relationships. Regardless of complexity, the Implementation Consultant executes project tasks to ensure timely completion of key milestones, closely collaborates with team members to facilitate a thorough and accurate conversion, and provide consultative input on our products and services to effectively meet clients’ business requirements.
Successful Implementation candidates will demonstrate a dedicated focus to clients. More specifically, the ability to establish immediate rapport and connection, quickly understand clients’ needs, and tactfully address challenges and concerns while driving the implementation forward. Additionally, they will possess demonstrated influencing skills to help clients understand and fully utilize the Paycor software to maximize their business productivity, client satisfaction, and ultimately retention.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Lead the process of transitioning new clients from their existing human capital management software to the Paycor product suite; utilize effective client service and change management practices to ensure a smooth conversion
- Act as the primary client contact throughout the client implementation process; escalate needs, issues, concerns to the business partners and management as appropriate
- Establish a strong working relationship with each client based on clear expectation-setting and mutual trust building. Ensure clients’ requirements and business objectives are defined clearly that they are well understood by the entire project team.
- Serve as the subject matter expert and advocate for the Paycor product suite; ensure set up is consistent with the clients’ needs and expectations
- Proactively consult clients on best practices and necessary system and process changes to achieve implementation milestones and goals
- Possess working knowledge of the full Paycor product suite to make connections across services and provide consultation of best practices and system utilization in multiple human capital management disciplines
- Work in coordination with non-client facing Implementation team members to ensure accurate database configuration
- Test client data and Paycor system configuration to ensure proper functionality and quality; resolve data discrepancies as a result of testing and/or initial production activity within the software
- Investigate, analyze and recommend solutions for clients’ issues; collaborate with Implementation leadership and Technical Support staff to eliminate recurring issues
- Maintain accurate project status in Paycor project management software; provide real time updates as needed to project stakeholders; proactively identify and mitigate project risks
- Conduct telephone/web-based and/or face-face training sessions with new users
- Work closely with sales partners to ensure client expectations are being met; provide technical expertise to support the Sales team when needed
- Transition clients to ongoing Client Services Support resources upon successful implementation
- Train and mentor new team members
- Serve as a thought leader for continuous improvement of the Implementation process. Identify broad level enhancements that will continue to foster the delivery of an amazing client experience and drive client satisfaction and retention. Provide recommendations for advancing project management processes and/or methodologies.
Requirements

- Four-year degree or equivalent experience
- At least 2 years’ experience in a client-facing position; prior implementation, project management or business to business sales experience a plus
- Knowledge of human capital software preferred
- Demonstrated proficiency with PC software with emphasis on Microsoft Office Suite and web tools for conferencing and training
- Strong communications and interpersonal skills
- Demonstrated organizational and time management skills
- Flexibility in scheduling to meet client needs with short turnaround

We have an immediate need for a per diem Inpatient Trauma Registry Quality Assurance Coder. This is a remote W-2 position with flexible work schedules.
Responsibilities
This position will be responsible for Quality Assurance of medical coding for one of facility clients.
QA will be accountable for reviewing Inpatient Trauma charts and abstracted data in the Trauma Registry. Also ensures compliance with established coding guidelines.
Qualifications
- RHIA, RHIT, CCS certification through AHIMA required
- Minimum 3 years recent inpatient QA experience in Level 1 Trauma Center setting
- The Inpatient Trauma Registry QA coder is responsible for ensuring the correct assignment of diagnostic and procedural codes to patient charts using ICD-10-CM, ICD-10-PCS or any other designated coding classification system in accordance with coding rules and regulations. This position requires a thorough knowledge of medical terminology, disease processes, pharmacology, Medicare’s Inpatient Prospective Payment System (IPPS), Official Coding Guidelines for ICD-10-CM and ICD-10-PCS codes, and documentation requirements for correct and accurate coding.
- Maintain standard industry productivity rates for Inpatient coding
- Demonstrated ability to maintain high quality standards of 98% or greater
- Must possess intermediate computer skills to be able to input data, create spreadsheets, use data base applications, and use different software.
