THE ROLE:

We are looking for a Growth Product Manager that will help us with our mission to empower healthcare professionals to find their dream job.

As a Growth Product Manager you will be instrumental in planning, defining, and building Vivian Health’s candidate growth initiatives. You will own testing and iteration of core funnels, as well as core product experiences that are expressly intended to drive candidate growth.

THE TEAM:

Our product team is responsible for managing all software shipped to customers. You will join a dynamic and fast-paced environment and work with cross-functional teams to design, build, and roll out products that deliver the company’s vision and strategy.

Product is the orchestration layer of the company. It is the team that takes competing demands from healthcare professionals, customers, and department owners, translates them into a cohesive roadmap and drives them through to speedy execution.

THE REQUIRED SKILL SET:

  • Worked on growth scale venture backed startup
  • Solid technical background with a deep understanding of software development
  • Bias toward data driven product decisions and experience with the tooling necessary to make them
  • Familiarity with A/B testing

THE NICE TO HAVES:

  • Ideally you have some familiarity or passion for the healthcare space

THE SALARY, BENEFITS & PERKS:

The range for this position is $150,000 – $175,000 yearly salary, dependent on job-related, non-discriminatory factors such as experience, education, and skills. This range is based on a full-time schedule.

Title: Technical Enablement Manager (Remote, USA)

Grafana is looking for a Technical Enablement Manager to join our rapidly growing Go-To-Market (GTM) organization. As an analytical problem solver and strong all around leader you will create role-based, data-driven programs to enable our CX team (Customer Success, Professional Services, Customer Education and Technical Support) on our continuously evolving product offerings.

The ideal candidate has a passion for learning and helping others learn, as well as driving key objectives for the business and turning data-driven insights into actions. This person excels at balancing strategic planning with execution and is very comfortable getting into the weeds. This role will help develop blended learning solutions that are role-based, highly interactive, and innovative. You will work cross-functionally with a variety of teams including Product Marketing, Product Management, Technical Support, Customer Education, and Solution Engineers to establish a scalable and supported program. This person will build, manage, and continuously update onboarding and ongoing content and collateral that resonates with our Go-To-Market organization, and is easily accessible.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the management of various GTM Technical Enablement programs across GTM functions. This may include instructor-led training, webinars, eLearning assignments, conferences, etc.
  • Engage, persuade, and build alliances with key stakeholders involved in technical and skills development in order to define needs and deliver appropriate plans
  • Partner closely with our Engineering teams to stay ahead of product releases, ensuring our CX organization is aware of how the changes impact their roles
  • Focus on program development, management, and delivery
  • Successful design and development of role based training paths for both individual contributors and leaders
  • Design, build and deliver technical enablement content, courses and presentations for both individual contributors and leaders
  • Ensure a positive onboarding experience for technical GTM team members
  • Track and measure the results of onboarding programs and content, and regularly report results to key business stakeholders
  • Drive key on-the-job milestones for the customer experience org.
  • Define, track, measure and report of business impact of enablement

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience in Technical Support, Professional Services, or Technical Enablement, preferably at a high-growth SaaS company with a technical offering
  • Technical proficiency is a must for this role. You should have hands-on experience at the code level and have technical knowledge including:
  • Programming experience (any language, favorite Go, JS)
  • Kubernetes advanced knowledge
  • Preference coming from Observability world
  • Knowledge of a curriculum development methodology
  • Experience in enabling highly technical Support and Solutions Engineers on technical products, teaching them how to troubleshoot code level issues and demo code level functionality.
  • Have solid project management skills including: planning work, managing details, keeping multiple tasks/projects on track, working with cross functional stakeholders, and navigating ambiguity to deliver results
  • Have an enthusiastic roll up your sleeves mentality
  • Project management experience delivering quality product in a fast moving environment
  • Team player with strong interpersonal skills and ability to take a leadership role when necessary
  • Excellent facilitation and presentation skills across a range of learner tenures from individual contributor to senior leader
  • Proven creative thinker that independently generates and executes on innovative ideas for how to engage learners
  • We are a remote first company so you should be experienced and skilled at working remotely with an international team
  • We’re a high growth company, so your job duties will be varied and complex and will require strong judgement, collaboration, and leadership.

In the United States, the Base compensation range for this role is $116k – $196k. Actual compensation may vary based on level, experience, and skillset as assessed in the interview process. Benefits include equity, bonus (if applicable) and other benefits listed here.

We are looking for a leader to scale our growing Technology Operations team. Reporting into the Chief Product Officer, you will partner closely with leaders across Product and Engineering to identify opportunities to drive process and systems improvements. You will oversee Technical Project Management and Product Support at Maven, building a centralized team that owns cross-functional processes and projects in the tech org that create structure as we scale. Your mandate will be to quickly identify, triage, and prioritize problems, and build a team to efficiently solve for them.

As Director, Technical Operations, you will:

  • Build out Maven’s new Product Support function, partnering closely with frontline teams, product, and engineering to assess challenges and build a system that enables rapid triage of production issues and reduces engineering time in bug identification and prioritization
  • Manage and grow team of Technical Project Managers that will take on building systems, implementing tools, and providing structure for increased product and engineering efficiency
  • Be accountable to delivering on the technology work streams for complex initiatives that require cross-functional partnership with business teams
  • Evaluate and understand current tools across technology organization and identify opportunity areas to introduce new tools when needed from a business perspective (e.g. migration to Jira from Shortcut)
  • Create system for documentation maintenance to ensure alignment within scaling teams and audit ongoing meetings in order to implement improved communication and meeting structures across Product/Engineering as company grows
  • Partner with engineering leadership to identify and key operating metrics and share with broader team audiences to provide education and drive accountability
  • Partner with product and engineering stakeholders to identify pain points in product deployment lifecycle and implement process improvements with an iterative and collaborative approach in order to increase velocity

We’re looking for you to bring:

  • 10 + years of experience building and scaling high performing teams; ability to structure and build functional teams from the ground up
  • Ability to navigate to the the best solution in ambiguous situations, with exceptional communication and problem solving skills that provide frameworks for thinking and clarity for teams
  • Experience leading project management functions with proven ability to increase productivity and project delivery through systems and processes put in place
  • Direct experience working embedded with technology teams and an understanding of the product development lifecycle are highly preferred
