Overview

As a Technical Enablement Manager, you will play a key role within the Revenue team at Recharge, working closely with leadership across technical and business facing teams as we accelerate our go-to-market strategy.

In this individual contributor role you will be responsible for leading and managing technical learning programs for Account Managers, Sellers, and Partnership Managers across the pre-sales, post-sales, and renewal process.

An ideal candidate will have industry experience in eCommerce, a solutions focused approach to technical enablement, and previous enablement experience. Come prepared to act as a key player of the Revenue Organization — rolling up your sleeves and getting things done.

What you will do

  • Review feature outlines and product documentation in order to write and deliver training, catering to audiences with varying levels of technical knowledge
  • Work closely with Product Marketing and Product Support to understand product positioning and messaging to ensure that each GTM team receives technical enablement prior to new releases
  • Work with Subject Matter Experts to maintain and update existing content
  • Deliver written, live, and recorded trainings leveraging content developed by or with the Revenue Enablement team
  • Take a solutions focused approach, thinking through how each new release ladders up to and can be positioned in the context of our merchants’ goals and market trends
  • Gather feedback and measure KPIs in order to track engagement and adapt technical training to audience needs

What you’ll bring:

  • 5+ years of relevant industry experience (including eCommerce, payments, and adjacent industries), 3+ years in a solutions focused role, experience in technical enablement, strategic account management, or sales engineering preferred
  • Experience reading and distilling technical documentation into accessible content for customer facing teams
  • Knowledge of RESTful APIs, JavaScript, and SDK operations is preferred
  • Engaging presentation and communication skills
  • Project Management skills to help manage multiple projects from start to finish
  • Experience working cross-functionally to build successful content and training and can provide examples

The SEO Strategist is responsible for developing and executing comprehensive SEO campaigns to enhance the online visibility and search engine rankings of our brand websites. SCOPE OF ROLE

As the Senior Manager for the Infrastructure team, you will be responsible for leading a talented group of engineers to ensure the highest levels of reliability, security, performance and availability of the IT Infrastructure. You will act as the point person for initiatives across the organization by managing and hiring for Infrastructure, Cloud Engineering, Networking, and Operations teams, building roadmaps and setting priority, managing work and tickets, evaluating spend in Azure, assist team members in removing roadblocks as they come up, and periodically providing senior management with an overview of performance and initiatives.

ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Lead, mentor, and coach a team of Engineers managing cloud infrastructure, networking and operations. Promote career development and manage the performance of the team.
  • Set Azure architectural standards for our environment, design automation for Azure infrastructure (Infrastructure as Code), work closely with our technology partners to design best in class Azure system implementations and ensure adherence to SOC2 compliance.
  • Tier 1, 2, and 3 support for company-wide applications, infrastructure systems and services. Including but not limited to Windows Servers, WAF Analytics tools, Azure AD, AVD, Zscaler, Terraform, security, telephony, and faxing solutions.
  • Oversee and manage production systems including backups, performance tuning, fault resolution, capacity planning and root-cause analysis across multiple sites, platforms & operating systems. Coordinate and execute after-hours maintenance activities.
  • Lead security efforts with application teams to ensure infrastructure is secure and meets the business needs.
  • Establish industry best practices that are right sized for the Bright organization to manage risk, meet business needs and deliver services and solutions successfully.
  • Create a high degree of satisfaction and efficiency in the developer experience; ensure that levels of automation, innovation, training, and feedback serve the needs of the developers.
  • Define SLAs for infrastructure and operations and ensure adherence to defined metrics.
  • Ensure disaster recovery plans are in place, updated as needed due to business, environmental or regulatory changes and are exercised as defined.

EDUCATION, TRAINING, AND PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience required
  • 7+ years of experience implementing and managing large scale cloud and/or on-premise infrastructures required
  • 3+ years of experience managing a team of Infrastructure Engineers required
  • 3+ years of experience managing a Service Desk team required
  • 3+ years of experience with Azure or Azure Solutions required
  • 5+ years of experience with Windows Server management and support required
  • 3+ years of experience with mergers & acquisitions, including migration and integration of disparate systems
  • 3+ years of experience supporting custom software development, including experience in driving SDLC and CI/CD efficiencies.
  • 3+ years of experience securing and supporting SOC2 and HIPAA compliant infrastructure
  • Strong experience with scripting (Powershell, Perl, Python etc)
  • Good understanding of Terraform
