About the role

  • Our cash compensation amount for this role ranges from $122,000 – $155,000 for most US locations and $136,000 – $172,000 for US locations with a higher cost of labor. All figures cited above are in $USD and pertain to workers located in the United States. Pay is based on several factors including market location, and may vary depending on job related experience, knowledge, qualifications, and skills.

As a Solutions Engineer you’ll

  • Guide SMB customers through the evaluation process of Webflow ensuring that our solution meets key business objectives and technical requirements.
  • Partner with both the Account Executives and potential customers through deep discovery, solution design, technical validation and business case development.
  • Build effective stories through demonstrations that highlight the benefits of using Webflow to solve key customer objectives and challenges.
  • Influence product direction by representing the customer voice while working with product, marketing and sales.

About you

You’ll thrive as a Solutions Engineer if you have:

Role Overview

ID.me is looking for a Software Development Engineer III – Wallet Account to add to our rapidly growing Account product engineering team. In this role, you will implement small to medium features across the full stack independently, while collaborating with the team on larger projects. You’ll have the opportunity to influence user experience through experimentation and data analysis. You’ll use your passion for quality and automation to write performant, maintainable, well tested code. You will work closely with cross functional teams, including engineering, product, data, operations, and senior leadership to achieve your goals.

The Account team is responsible for Account registration, authentication (including multi-factor authentication), account security, and the member experience within their Account. The team is responsible for business critical applications with 99.99% uptime and direct impact to ID.me members. You will have the opportunity to build systems at scale, query large data sets and collaborate with key internal stakeholders to build functionality that over 100 million members depend on.

Responsibilities

  • Build and maintain highly scalable and secure web applications, services, and APIs
  • Write well-structured, reliable, efficient and easily maintainable code
  • Consistently ship small and medium features and improvements with minimal guidance and support from other team members. Collaborate with the team on larger projects.
  • Collaborate with team members, product managers, and stakeholders to solve the right problems and build the best solutions for customer needs
  • Effectively switch gears between maintaining and refactoring old code and writing newer and more modern services
  • Use test driven development practices and/or test frameworks and tools to ensure that features are shipped defect free
  • Demonstrate proficiency of object-oriented programming languages, tools and technologies
  • Solve complex technical problems with varying degrees of ambiguity
  • Use infrastructure as code to manage and provision application infrastructure

Qualifications

  • 3+ years developing web applications using OOP languages like Java, Ruby, Javascript, TypeScript, Go, Python, Rust or C++.
  • Understanding of querying techniques and optimizations on relational databases such as PostgreSQL or MySQL.
  • Experience with source control using Git and GitHub
  • A passion and experience in using automated testing as a lever to increase quality and predictability for the entire ecosystem.
  • Must have strong oral and written communication skills, and be a team player with a self-managing work ethic.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Hands on experience in Authentication and Account Security

About the role

Crunchtime is looking for a highly motivated, self-driven and passionate QA Engineer/ SDET to join our Cruise Inventory Management product development team.

With the growing complexity of sourcing food and managing its costs, it’s more important than ever to have reliable, accurate inventory data at your fingertips. Crunchtime Net-Chef provides multi-unit restaurants and foodservice operators critical insights they can trust to manage inventory, reduce food costs, and optimize their supply chains. This role will be working with our product teams to help our Cruise customers Reduce Food Cost & Waste, Save Time on Inventory, and Automate Manual Processes through the products we build.

You will be working with remote teams internationally and in the domestic U.S. You will collaborate closely with developers, other QA’s, and Product Managers to use your QA testing and automation experience to develop suites of manual and automated test cases to ensure high product quality, execute test plans, and decipher what should and should not be automated.

What you’ll do as a QA Engineer/ SDET

  • Collaborate closely with developers, other QA’s, and Product Managers to ensure high product quality
