We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Demand Generation Marketing Manager to join our dynamic marketing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and executing demand generation strategies to drive awareness, engage prospects, and generate high-quality leads for our Digital Marketing Services Business. The Demand Gen Marketing Manager will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to optimize marketing campaigns, implement lead nurturing programs, and contribute to overall revenue growth.

1. Strategy Development: 

  • Develop and execute demand generation strategies aligned with overall marketing and business objectives. 
  • Identify target audiences, key market segments, and buyer personas to tailor campaigns effectively. 

2. Email Campaign Management: 

  • Plan and execute effective email marketing campaigns that drive meaningful results. 
  • Ability to understand buyer persona pain points and to cater messaging accordingly. 
  • Monitor and analyze campaign performance, providing insights and recommendations for optimization. 

3. Digital Marketing Management: 

  • Plan and execute multi-channel marketing campaigns, including paid search, content marketing, SEO, webinars, social media, and more. 
  • Monitor and analyze campaign performance, providing insights and recommendations for optimization. 

4. Experimentation: 

  • Strong interest and experience in A/B testing, and ability to interpret and iterate based on results. 
  • Willingness to try new things and think outside of the box. 

5. Content Creation: 

  • Work with content creators to develop compelling and targeted content for demand generation campaigns.
  • Ensure content is optimized for different channels and resonates with the target audience. 

6. Marketing Technology: 

  • Utilize marketing automation tools (ideally HubSpot) to streamline processes and optimize lead nurturing.
  • ​​​​​​​Stay abreast of industry trends and leverage new technologies to enhance demand generation efforts. 

7. Analytics and Reporting: 

  • Understand and track against defined (KPIs) for demand generation initiatives.
  • ​​​​​​​Regularly analyze and report on campaign performance, making data-driven recommendations for improvement. 

8. Collaboration 

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, product, and creative teams, to ensure cohesive and integrated marketing efforts. 
  • ​​​​​​​Work closely with the digital marketing team to align demand generation strategies with online presence. 

What we’re looking for:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or another related field.
  • 3+ years of marketing experience, with 2+ in a demand gen marketing role.
  • A data-driven mindset.
  • Love of experimentation. Someone interested in questioning the status quo.
  • SaaS marketing experience is a huge plus but not required.
  • Experienced in creating dynamic business content for businesses/customers from SMB to Enterprise is a plus.
  • Ability to be a problem solver and creative storyteller who can connect with what motivates and influences people by engaging with the audience, you’ll need to be able to turn boring into brilliant, find the human angle that connects and motivates, and find new ways to drive engagement and influence.
  • Experience working closely with designers.
  • Experience keeping multiple simultaneous projects and creatives on track and on deadline.
  • ​​​​​​​Solid, up-to-date knowledge of SEO best practices and experience collaborating with web teams on SEO strategy and ensuring content is optimized onsite and off while still engaging humans (not just Google).

  • Work with analytics team and senior specialist to prepare and present reports on website traffic, user engagement, and other relevant KPIs.

 User Experience (UX) Optimization:

 Security and Compliance:

eCommerce Web Analytics Manager

The eCommerce Web Analytics Manager is responsible for analyzing website user experiences and purchase pathways to identify strategic insights on The Institutes core business performance, as well as opportunities for optimization. What You’ll Do:

  • Provides reporting on and mapping of the customer journey to find opportunities to increase eCommerce
  • Utilize Google Tag Manager to implement events and success measures
