We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Website Manager to oversee the development resources who provide the development, maintenance, and optimization of our company’s online presence. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in web development, excellent project management skills, and a keen understanding of development, design and user experience principles. This role is instrumental in ensuring our website aligns with our brand, meets user needs, and contributes to overall business objectives.

Website Updates and Maintenance:

  • Lead the in-house and vendor resources who provide development and maintenance of the company website, ensuring it reflects the latest design trends, industry standards, and best practices.
  • Collaborate with web developers, designers, and content creators to implement new features, pages, and functionalities.
  • Accountable for managing development resources in execution of support, maintenance and enhancement projects. Guide project activities, including areas such as UAT and bug resolution.
  • Act as main point of contact for I3T on ongoing website maintenance and development.

Content Management:

  • Partner with Website senior specialist on authoring activities.

Search Engine Optimization (SEO):

  • Working with Senior Specialist, develop and execute SEO strategies to improve the website’s search engine rankings.
  • Provide development teams with technical SEO direction and prioritize relevant development activities.
  • Stay current with SEO trends and algorithm changes, implementing adjustments to maximize visibility.

 Performance Monitoring and Reporting:

  • Regularly monitor website performance, analyzing key metrics and providing insights for continuous improvement.
  • Ensure key metrics around site health, such as speed and accessibility.
  • Work with analytics team and senior specialist to prepare and present reports on website traffic, user engagement, and other relevant KPIs.

 User Experience (UX) Optimization:

  • Analyze user behavior through web analytics and feedback mechanisms to enhance the overall user experience.
  • Implement improvements based on usability testing, A/B testing, and user feedback.

 Security and Compliance:

  • Working with I3T, implement and maintain security measures to protect the website from potential threats.
  • Ensure the website complies with data protection and privacy regulations.

 Collaboration and Training:

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align the website with marketing and business objectives.
  • Provide training and support to internal stakeholders on website-related tools and processes.


  • 5+ years of professional experience in marketing-related field.
  • Experience working with, and strong technical knowledge of, Sitecore and related tools.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Digital Marketing, Computer Science, Web Development or a related field.
  • Proven experience in website management, development, and optimization.
  • Excellent project management, collaboration and communication skills.
  • Strong understanding of UX/UI principles and best practices and the use of analytics tools, including GA4.
  • Knowledge of SEO strategies and tools.
