The Social Media Community Management Specialist is a key member of our Patient Care team, responsible for engagement and listening across all social media platforms. This role requires a combination of creativity, strategic thinking, and execution. You will work collaboratively with cross-functional teams including communications, marketing, product, design, and support to roll out targeted social media campaigns and manage patient issues online.

Actively monitor MyEyeDr.’s online brand reputation within the social community by proactively overseeing and engaging content related to our industry, customers content, influencers and/or developers. Tag and track themes and sentiment on brand content for positive, neutral and negative commentary to gather insights, feedback and report to be shared with the broader team.

Serve as liaison between cross-functional teams including communications, product, and marketing support and growth to get ahead of potential issues and respond to questions and comments on social media channels directly or loop in the right team to jump in.

Help monitor customer care social media brand voice to position the company as a nationally recognized and beloved brand

Respond to and monitor conversations with customers and influencers across social media platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Pinterest, Google, Yelp and Twitter

Leverage Social Media Tools daily to monitor engagement across social media and listen to emerging themes and trends

Work on a collaborative and cross-functional team, working closely with the Brand Marketing, Patient Care and Performance Marketing teams

Track and measure success of social media engagement initiatives

Ensure all social media engagement is consistent with branding, positioning, voice and messaging

Working in a fast-paced environment that values self-starters, solid judgment and fast decision-making

3+ years’ experience in customer service or patient service, social media marketing and/or brand marketing highly preferred, healthcare industry or retail industry experience is a plus. Multi-location social media experience is a plus.

In this role, you will guide, support, inspire, and manage Environment Artists as they bring the game’s world to life with immersive landscapes consisting of hand-painted terrain, foliage, and other natural elements. Set an example for our team with your beautiful and technically sound artwork, understanding of artistic composition, mastery of tools, and understanding of art pipeline and production processes. Responsibilities:

  • Be the voice for the Proletariat Environment Art team to the wider Proletariat and Blizzard teams.
  • Communicate frequently with Leads, Art Directors, Concept Artists, Game Designers, and Software Engineers to ensure you and your team’s successful design and iteration on in-game environment art
  • Mentor, motivate, collaborate with,and guide Environment Artists; amplify their strengths, review their work on technical and aesthetic bases, and stay aware of their workloads, including support of the team’s work/life balance
  • Provide guidance in Environment Art processes and instruct the team regarding new processes and software to match project needs
  • Be a driving force in creating a welcoming and respectful atmosphere for collaboration, communication, and creativity, with an emphasis on the values of diversity and inclusion.
  • Assist in running the day-to-day workflow and create and maintain process documentation for Environment Art-related processes.
  • Establish clear and consistent schedules in conjunction with Producers, and identify potential problems in the art pipeline and work with other project leads to prevent them.
  • Interview, hire, and train new team members in collaboration with the Recruitment team.
  • Lead the team with your strong hand-painting skills and stylization, efficient modeling, and eye for the details of the natural world
  • Optimize your content so it can be enjoyed by as many players as possible, within agreed-upon production schedules and with minimal direction.

Your Background:

  • Extensive experience modeling, texturing, and lighting 3D art of natural elements (organic surfaces, plants, foliage) for games
  • In-depth knowledge of technology, terminology, and techniques of game art development, including an awareness of design and programming considerations
  • Positively influences team morale and empowers team members, able to clearly communicate expectations and rally team around an objective.
  • Leads with empathy, strong ethics, flexibility, confidence, self-awareness, and the ability to see all sides of complex situations.
  • Able to communicate artistic issues to non-artists; strong presentation skills
  • Brings creativity and initiative to both preproduction and production concept tasks and adapts swiftly to new themes and directions

  • Portfolio examples that show strong art fundamentals including composition, design, shape language, and color theory, and understanding of how environment art can serve to enhance design goals

Responsibilities:

  • Develop global creative vision and direction across “omni channel” brand touchpoints that helps differentiate the Ecofabulous brand and ensures excellence in the execution of this vision
  • Own and champion the brand DNA, aesthetic & tone and voice for the brand
  • Lead creative team in the annual and seasonal brand, product, event, partnership, etc. creative development – from concept to omni channel execution
  • Inspire creative team to innovate in how the brand comes to life creatively across channels; foster an environment of curiosity and creative experimentation
  • Build out and oversee art direction, photography/videography, editorial, digital design, print design and packaging design teams
  • Accountable for all creative asset development, including omni-channel brand presence (i.e. in-store VM/collateral, site, email, paid/growth marketing, social and video content, product marketing videos, emerging channels, etc.)
  • Deep understanding and passion for creative across rapidly-evolving digital channels
  • Ensure all internal/agency partner output is in line with overall brand strategy and objectives
  • Manage external creative and brand agency partners successfully
  • Own and manage creative budget
  • Build and lead a high-performing team while harnessing a fun collaborative environment. Oversees allocation of work for the team to maximize efficiency and prioritize projects.

Basic Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Design, Marketing, Creative Writing, Advertising, Fine Arts, or related field and 10+ years of experience working in a creative capacity in the global consumer products market
  • 10+ years of experience in hands on design and/or copywriting
  • Outstanding portfolio with case studies representing cross-channel design executions within beauty, fashion, or adjacent industries
  • Background in omni channel expertise in the areas of social, paid media, web, visual merchandising, with a digital first lens

  • Conduct hardware and software reviews of systems to ensure compliance with established policies, standards and configuration guidelines
  • Help manage our internal IT ticketing system and communicate with employees to resolve hardware and software issues
  • Help manage our GSuite setup, including user provisioning, shared drive access, group membership, etc.
  • Help with account provisioning across other SaaS solutions
  • Resolve internal system breaches or incidents related to HIPAA compliance.

What are we looking for?

  • 2+ years of experience wiping and re-provisioning Mac and Windows machines
  • 2+ years of experience in solving IT-related issues and helping to support a growing company
  • 2+ years of experience working with GSuite or a related SaaS tool
