We design and build products to help security teams detect external threats, compromised users and malicious adversaries, minimize false positives and best protect their organizations.
As the Sr. Manager, Project Management you will provide oversight to a project team responsible for overseeing the delivery of our SIEM solutions while managing the processes, programs, and tools to create best practices for successful deployments.
The Sr. Manager will be responsible for templates for success and project frameworks that will enhance consistency, efficiency, and quality across global initiatives.
Responsibilities:
- Planning project management, including setting deadlines, prioritizing tasks, and assigning team members to various deliverables
- Continuously evaluating PS deliverables to ensure they are meeting company standards, adhering to budgets, and meeting deadlines.
- Analyzing financial data, including project budgets, risks, and resource allocation.
- Drafting new and improving existing project management office policies and processes.
Requirements:
- 5+ years of experience in a service’s capacity within the network security space
- 5 years+ managing highly skilled global technical team
- Strong knowledge and ability to communicate security concepts, products, and SIEM implementation to individuals with varied level of technical expertise
- Experience successfully leading cross-functional internal projects with demonstrated results
- Intermittent travel as needed
- PMP Certification
Desired certifications:
- ITIL Cert, Six Sigma
