You are responsible for the positioning, go-to-market strategy, sales enablement, and ongoing demand for products within HubSpot’s CRM platform. You work with the rest of the product marketing team to advance the full platform, working on the strategy for a slate of products within our full suite of software, which includes our CRM, Marketing Hub, Sales Hub, Service Hub, CMS Hub, as well as our ecosystem of integrations, apps, and extensions.

In this highly cross-functional role, you partner with product leads, marketing, sales, services and support teams and the partner network globally to ensure a product’s success.

In this role, you’ll get to:

  • Empower our teams and partners to understand the benefits and value of our HubSpot platform through internal enablement and external education.
  • Orchestrate large-scale campaigns that bring a product to market using relevant and effective channels and communications. You’ll also work with the broader team to reach millions from our events, live streams, and publications.
  • Craft differentiated and world-class positioning and messaging for overall product lines and individual products you manage.
  • Work with a team of product leaders, sales leaders, market researchers, product marketers, competitive analysts, and creatives to inform and execute product positioning.
  • Work closely with leadership, presenting to internal stakeholders and gaining buy-in across various departments and stakeholders throughout the company for product launches, packaging, and timing.
  • Enable the sales team with world-class internal and external content (demos, decks, comparisons) that demonstrates the power of our products.

You’re a different kind of designer focused on perfecting production work. You don’t just see a final product, you see the steps that will bring it to life. You’re not only creative, you solve problems creatively. You’re a computer-savvy, hot-key punching, graphical expert, meticulous, and goal-oriented, known for noticing the most minor details (like typos, dpi, color, and scale), and super skilled at content design and layout. You’re a multidisciplined designer, easily moving a concept to completion in graphic design, web, print, or video. In addition to your interest in production work, you’re an excellent communicator, with a keen sense of urgency.

The Production Artist plays an integral role as a facilitator within the Creative arm of Rockbot’s Marketing Team. Support a consistent flow of project work in various mediums needing layout and polish such as marketing collateral, presentation decks, typesetting, digital ad work, trade show support, template creation, and corporate brand identity systems.

You will:

  • Create, manipulate, and export existing layouts using industry best practices, adhering to brand standards.
  • Suggest and make improvements to quality in print and digital formats.
  • Demonstrate the ability to perform well and remain organized under tight deadlines.
  • Manage project workflows from start to finish.
  • Accurately facilitate ordering of print production work.
  • Facilitate and oversee file organization.
  • Attend meetings as part of the creative team.

You have:

  • Professional work experience as a production artist, graphic designer, or similar.
  • A Bachelor’s degree in visual arts, design, or a related field.
  • Detailed experience in production-level prepress file preparation for print.
  • Experience with digital content, such as social media, online advertising, and email campaigns.
  • Basic knowledge of HTML5, CSS, and Adobe After Effects.
  • Strong analytical, time management, and multitasking skills.

Required Skills/Experience:

  • Strong proficiency with design / prototyping software, including Sketch (Figma experience is a plus)
  • Excellent visual design skills with a strong proficiency for interaction design
  • Confidence in presenting your designs and selling your solutions to various stakeholders
  • A broad understanding of web / mobile UI standards, usability, along with practical experience in design and development

Your role and impact

You will dive into large, nebulous areas, uncover hidden user needs, set a vision, build out a strategic roadmap, prioritize investments, craft new experiences and partner with UX, Data Science and Engineering to deliver measurable and impactful solutions.Your work will enable clinicians to care for patients efficiently while maintaining the highest quality of care and a delightful patient experience. Responsibilities

  • Craft the vision and set goals for your Product Area, making links to overall company strategic objectives
  • Use critical thinking, data and product judgment to establish and maintain a prioritized product roadmap informed by user and market research, patient and physician feedback, our compliance team and other internal stakeholders
  • Work with our Design, Data Science and Engineering teams to define and understand problems and requirements, then determine approach, timelines and deliverables
  • Drive the execution of solutions in partnership with Engineering across interfaces and platforms
  • Lead strategic decisions and trade-offs that enable the team to stay on schedule in a deadline-driven, fast-paced environment
  • Analyze the results of the team’s efforts both quantitatively and qualitatively, reporting on successes and failure

Qualifications

  • 5+ years of product management or equivalent experience in a professional setting
  • Demonstrated success in taking on complex, ambiguous problems and delivering solutions with complete end-to-end ownership
  • Experience synthesizing requirements and developing scalable solutions that meet the needs of multiple users or business customers
  • Proven ability to build strong trust relationships with key counterparts, including Engineering, Operations, UX designers and researchers, Commercial/Sales and Marketing
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills, including clear communication of technical terms and tradeoffs to non-technical stakeholders

Preferred Qualifications

  • Data fluency and experience working with data tools such as Tableau and Redshift (or equivalent)
