Your role and impact

98point6 is seeking an Engagement Marketing Manager to lead the strategy and execution of creative and strategic integrated marketing campaigns that will accelerate member enrollment and engagement (through a combination of content, virtual webinars, on-demand resources, email, digital, direct mail and other channels) with a focus on rigorous measurement of performance, testing and optimization.

This role will be responsible for developing omni-channel B2B2C marketing campaigns and content strategies to drive member activation and growth, lead member marketing channel innovation and product-led growth initiatives and help us build an inspiring and engaging consumer and member marketing experience. As such, you will be responsible for the planning, development and detailed execution of creative and engaging annual programming for recurring marketing campaigns focused on attracting and engaging eligible employees and members throughout their lifecycle.

The ideal candidate has an entrepreneurial spirit, a passion for health and technology and a successful track record driving member acquisition, engagement and retention. You must excel in both the analytical and creative sides of marketing – identifying new, innovative campaign themes, ideas and opportunities. This role also requires attention to detail and project management skills to manage cross-functional logistics of delivering unique, attractive campaigns that move members to take action, find ongoing value and develop a long-term relationship with the 98point6 benefit.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute effective integrated, omni-channel marketing campaigns to drive awareness of 98point6 with eligible populations and engagement among enrolled members (design thoughtfully detailed and themed campaigns that include member webinars, on-demand resources, developing promotional and digital marketing assets to promote the campaign, campaign emails, etc)
  • Collaboratively develop and manage our annual programming calendar with future campaigns that are considerate of the benefits marketplace and well-tailored for customers and their eligible populations
  • Lead project plans for each campaign project, including logistics, timelines, and communication plans; collaborate with strategic account managers, and other internal stakeholders to develop and execute engagement plans that drive sign-ups, utilization, and engagement with patient populations
  • Develop and execute on a testing framework (e.g. a/b testing) to consistently drive new learnings across the team and improve conversion rates of integrated campaigns shared with customers and 98point6 member populations. Conduct message testing and research to gain insights that can be used to optimize marketing efforts
  • Prioritize creativity and data-driven decisions while working cross-functionally to set up and execute testing, optimization and experimentation. Report result and recommendations for use across the team
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Commercial Account Managers, Clinic and Product to test and scale new integrated campaign ideas
  • Track and report on engagement across your book of business and the impact of marketing initiatives

Qualifications

  • 5+ years relevant experience (marketing creative services, campaign management, growth marketing, marketing consulting, digital health or consumer health marketing) with a focus on B2C or B2B2C audiences
  • Strong written and verbal communication: a strong preference for those that excel at building context and keep stakeholders aligned through consistent cross functional work
  • Humility and an entrepreneurial spirit: willingness to hustle, with the desire to operate in a fast-paced, sometimes ambiguous environment
  • Experience copywriting, designing and leading creative development for consumer-facing marketing campaigns
  • Experience ideating and leading growth marketing and/or lifecycle marketing initiatives, personalization and marketing research
  • Self-motivated and highly organized with the ability to apply expertise and learnings to new environments with new constraints
  • Experience building repeatable processes that scale, improving operations or driving change management a plus
  • Familiarity with Asana, Salesforce, AWS Pinpoint a plus, startup experience, growth marketing experience

What You’ll Do:

  • Confirm orientation logistics with the facility
  • Responsible for 5 or more facility touches, weekly
  • Weekly touchpoints with regional Credentialing Specialists
  • Weekly touchpoints with Enterprise Account Manager/Director of Strategic Accounts
  • Manage 1-2 Systems or at least 5 Facilities (depending on complexity/size of account of facility Director of AM to decide complexity/size)
  • Troubleshoot in-app issues pertinent to daily facility operations/training
  • Respond to general client questions around professionals and coordinating response with Onboarding team
  • Responsible for day-to-day facility operations post-Implementation
  • Grow and maintain relationships with Facility Operators (end-users utilizing the CareRev app non-C Suite)
  • Meet with regional team and provide updates to GM and DSAs on health of the facility & present needs/escalations/forecasting strategically
  • Identify friction points to discuss with the GMs and DSAs- start slab and fill out weekly (wins, concerns, opportunities, orientation seats, funnel metrics, cancellation metrics)
  • Identify and escalate changes related to regional waitlisting/onboarding settings
  • Work cross-functionally with other internal teams and submit tickets for new features/updates to the CareRev backend tool
  • Act as subject matter expert, ready to speak to client risks and mitigation plans in client-facing meetings
  • Attend client facing meetings as needed
  • Facilitate weekly regional scrum/ team meetings

What We’re Looking For:

  • A minimum of 1-2 years experience in a client or customer-facing role.
  • Data-driven and comfortable with holding the team accountable to monthly KPIs.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills including the ability to lead internal and external client-facing meetings.
  • Comfort around using various tools such as G-Suite, Microsoft Office, Salesforce, Zoom, Slack, Salesforce, and proficient with presentation software.
  • An enjoyment in identifying process improvements and working collaboratively across teams.

What You Will Do:

The Director of Customer Experience for Individual & Family (IFP) plans is responsible for managing critical portions of the customer and experience strategy across the IFP customer and member journey. Success for this team member will be measured by overall membership conversion and retention, customer satisfaction, as well as micro-journey KPIS.

  • Process improvement: Manages product from conception to release, Works with agile teams to iterate and build; focus on prioritizing the business value from different pieces of the work to improve speed to market for those features that will drive the most value to the company.
