Title: Engagement Marketing Manager

This role allows you to work from anywhere you choose across the U.S. (excluding U.S. territories), with the flexibility to work from the Seattle HQ office as often as you’d like98point6 employees planning to work in the office will be required to provide proof of their COVID-19 vaccination. Please note that no matter where you are located, all employees should be available during our core working hours from 10 am to 4 pm PT Monday through Friday.

Your role and impact

98point6 is seeking an Engagement Marketing Manager to lead the strategy and execution of creative and strategic integrated marketing campaigns that will accelerate member enrollment and engagement (through a combination of content, virtual webinars, on-demand resources, email, digital, direct mail and other channels) with a focus on rigorous measurement of performance, testing and optimization.

This role will be responsible for developing omni-channel B2B2C marketing campaigns and content strategies to drive member activation and growth, lead member marketing channel innovation and product-led growth initiatives and help us build an inspiring and engaging consumer and member marketing experience. As such, you will be responsible for the planning, development and detailed execution of creative and engaging annual programming for recurring marketing campaigns focused on attracting and engaging eligible employees and members throughout their lifecycle.

The ideal candidate has an entrepreneurial spirit, a passion for health and technology and a successful track record driving member acquisition, engagement and retention. You must excel in both the analytical and creative sides of marketing – identifying new, innovative campaign themes, ideas and opportunities. This role also requires attention to detail and project management skills to manage cross-functional logistics of delivering unique, attractive campaigns that move members to take action, find ongoing value and develop a long-term relationship with the 98point6 benefit.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute effective integrated, omni-channel marketing campaigns to drive awareness of 98point6 with eligible populations and engagement among enrolled members (design thoughtfully detailed and themed campaigns that include member webinars, on-demand resources, developing promotional and digital marketing assets to promote the campaign, campaign emails, etc)
  • Collaboratively develop and manage our annual programming calendar with future campaigns that are considerate of the benefits marketplace and well-tailored for customers and their eligible populations
  • Lead project plans for each campaign project, including logistics, timelines, and communication plans; collaborate with strategic account managers, and other internal stakeholders to develop and execute engagement plans that drive sign-ups, utilization, and engagement with patient populations
  • Develop and execute on a testing framework (e.g. a/b testing) to consistently drive new learnings across the team and improve conversion rates of integrated campaigns shared with customers and 98point6 member populations. Conduct message testing and research to gain insights that can be used to optimize marketing efforts
  • Prioritize creativity and data-driven decisions while working cross-functionally to set up and execute testing, optimization and experimentation. Report result and recommendations for use across the team
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Commercial Account Managers, Clinic and Product to test and scale new integrated campaign ideas
  • Track and report on engagement across your book of business and the impact of marketing initiatives

Qualifications

  • 5+ years relevant experience (marketing creative services, campaign management, growth marketing, marketing consulting, digital health or consumer health marketing) with a focus on B2C or B2B2C audiences
  • Strong written and verbal communication: a strong preference for those that excel at building context and keep stakeholders aligned through consistent cross functional work
  • Humility and an entrepreneurial spirit: willingness to hustle, with the desire to operate in a fast-paced, sometimes ambiguous environment
  • Experience copywriting, designing and leading creative development for consumer-facing marketing campaigns
  • Experience ideating and leading growth marketing and/or lifecycle marketing initiatives, personalization and marketing research
  • Self-motivated and highly organized with the ability to apply expertise and learnings to new environments with new constraints
  • Experience building repeatable processes that scale, improving operations or driving change management a plus
  • Familiarity with Asana, Salesforce, AWS Pinpoint a plus, startup experience, growth marketing experience

Preferred Qualifications

  • Healthcare marketing experience: a strong plus for those that have experience partnering with Employers, Payors, and Providers
