What You Will Do:

The Sr. Marketing specialists supports the GTM team to bring global and cross-functional / category strategic initiatives to life through the development and planning of global online and offline marketing campaigns across the funnel. Drives key steps through the GTM process including strategic planning, partnering with various groups and stakeholders, briefing, creative development, media planning, testing, scheduling and execution. Collaborates with multiple cross-functional partners to ensure proper execution of strategy across all customer touch points.

A member of the Integrated Marketing team, reporting to and working with the Sr. Marketing Manager, your role will involve:

Initiative Development

  • Support the development of multiple global marketing initiatives from brief generation through to the development and deployment of global go-to-market campaigns; including reviewing creative, giving creative feedback based on brief and ensuring inspired brand forward creative is delivered.
  • Serve as point of contact for cross-functional project contributors and partners, closely tracking all project timelines and troubleshooting issues as they arise.
  • Perform competitive analyses and market assessments as needed to support the projects at hand, thinking creatively beyond adjacent brands for ideas and inspiration
  • Prepare presentations and materials for Senior Management as well as internal calls with regional marketing and cross-functional teams.

Business Analyses

  • Analyze and synthesize cross-channel insights from website, email, organic & paid media with custom data pulls as needed, to measure the success of a given initiative and inform future strategic planning.

Cross-Functional Partnerships

  • Develop and manage relationships in cross-functional project teams, with partners including but not limited to physical product teams, channel teams (email, website, content + social, print, search), and regional market teams
  • Provide on-going support and communication on marketing campaigns and initiatives, working closely with project management and internal creative teams.
  • Partner with product & solutions team to understand roadmap of future product and solutions launches.

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications or other related fields
  • 2+ years of experience in related marketing and advertising role
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to think analytically and use data to make informed recommendations
  • Customer-first mindset and passion for delivering the best end-to-end experiences
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and demonstrated ability to work well both independently and in a team setting; Comfortable working in highly cross-functional teams
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office in particular Excel and PowerPoint
