Role Responsibilities

  • Ideate, design, develop, produce and deliver from start to finish on a variety of marketing deliverables for Product Marketing, Demand Generation, Content + Comms, Customer Marketing teams, driving approvals (with CD) and managing work-back plans (with Creative Ops).
  • Fully own the strategy and execution of design systems that allow the team to move quickly and deliver consistency across experiences.
  • Drive our visual system and push it in new directions to keep pace with industry changes, product releases, and demands from the business.

Responsibilities

Managing Consultants work closely with Directors and Partners to keep them abreast of project progress and important developments. Managing Consultants support sales initiatives and practice development. Experience working in the provider enterprise/ physician practice environment (either in a consulting capacity or directly in an industry provider setting) is highly preferred. An understanding of physician alignment strategies, clinical operating models, and care team architecture is important.

Required

  • Provider-side experience in a health system, hospital and/or medical group strategy and advisement
  • Collaborate with clinical, operational, and technological leaders of the organization to enhance our programs and solutions as a population health operating partner.
  • Solid background in broad-based provider complex business modeling, medical group/health system strategy and financial modeling
  • Project and/or program management experience. Capacity to manage multiple work streams, work under pressure and meet deadlines in a disciplined, structured manner
  • The ability to travel up to 60%

Expectations of the Creative Director will include ownership of;

  • Website performance optimization- page load times, 404s, deal with outages and technical issues that contribute to reduced engagement
  • Improving website engagement- bound rate, time on page, #pages visited, etc.
  • Website conversion optimization- design and execute a/b tests, use heat mapping tools, change copy and design to improve form fills and content engagement
