Position Overview
Valimail is seeking a Content Marketing Manager to support the Valimail Content Strategy through the creation of website content, blog posts, social media posts and other marketing-related material. Reporting directly to the Director of Content, this individual will work closely with subject matter experts to develop, write, and produce engaging content for our prospects and customers. The ideal candidate will have a background in writing for technical and complex subject matter, and will be an excellent writer and communicator who can take complex topics and turn them into clear, concise and engaging pieces of content.
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Write and edit different types of content, ensuring a consistent, compelling narrative, style and brand voice, as well as SEO excellence
- Write new blog posts, white papers, data sheets, research reports, videos and other forms of content by partnering with internal and external subject matter experts
- Manage and update the content calendar to ensure consistent cadence of new and refreshed content
- Partner closely with product marketing, marketing operations, and demand generation teams to implement consistent messaging aimed at generating awareness, driving demand and elevating the Valimail brand
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to prioritize new content requests
- Track, measure, and communicate results from content wins across channels based on engagement KPIs
- Support development of demand generation copy including emails, ad copy, and landing pages
- Proactively learn about our industry and product capabilities through market research and engaging with product and delivery teams internally
About You:
- 2-4 years of writing or content creation experience in a B2B SaaS environment
- Bachelor’s degree in English, journalism, communications or related field
- Excellent copywriting, copyediting, communication and project management skills
- Familiarity with WordPress, Asana, Google Analytics, Marketo, and Salesforce
- Strong competency of the creation of SEO content with experience using one or more of the following tools: Buzzsumo, Semrush, Ahrefs, Screaming Frog, or Google Keyword Search
- Highly collaborative with high degree of professionalism and business acumen
- Demonstrated ability to lead content projects and manage timelines to hit publication deadlines
- Understanding of the marketing funnel and tactics used to drive engagement at different stages
- A strong bias for action and ability to move projects forward independently

Skills, Abilities and Experience

- 2+ years experience in the world of digital marketing, launches, and project management
- 1+ years of experience with CRM tool (preferably Hubspot), list building campaigns, and managing email list hygiene (required)

This role is full-time and a majority of work-from-home with occasional in-person collaboration. You’ll report directly to our Senior Content Marketing Manager and work closely with other key team members.

What about the office?
This is a contract role with flexibility for remote work.
Our office is available to use three days a week – Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday. Siemens PMO organization is looking for an Entry to Mid- Level Project Manager for its Digital Solutions business. The successful candidate will interface with both internal and external customers to execute complex solutions projects. The Project Manager is responsible for the successful execution of project goals, which include finance, schedule, and quality.
