As an Art Director, you will be responsible for our company branding, as well as help in managing our Awesome Design Community. You will develop and maintain relationships with community members (mostly – designers) and drive engagement through creative and learning activities and initiatives. You will also be responsible for the designer’s performance review process and reviewing the design projects to make sure they are up to the quality standards.

Within this role, you will:

  • Be in charge of the company branding
  • Take care of talents performance reviews
  • Develop and maintain relationships in our Awesome Community
  • Monitor and respond to community inquiries and feedback
  • Review and evaluate the design project results and outline areas for improvement
  • Be in charge of Learning & Development for the Community (webinars, lectures, tutorials, useful content sharing, etc.)

  • Have 3+ years of experience in the Art Director role
  • Have strong expertise in branding, typography, packaging, and graphic design, as well as UI/UX design
  • Have team management and leadership experience
  • Can inspire and motivate creators to grow and develop professionally and provide feedback in a constructive and encouraging manner
  • Are attentive to detail and a perfectionist
  • Stay up-to-date with design trends and industry standards

RUN Studios and its client partner, a large online retailer headquartered in Seattle, are seeking an enthusiastic Art Director to help lead design on Home Interiors. This will be an approximate 6-month engagement at 40 hours per week, work will be remote.

We are looking for a creative Art Director who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment and loves the challenge of discovering what makes consumers “click”. You will partner with production and marketing teams to devise an overall concept and direct all product video and photo shoots.

As an Art Director, You Will

  • Partners w/ Associate Creative Director, Content Editor (writer), UX Designer and Site Merchandiser to establish storytelling within customer journey and translate to original content production (e.g. script, storyboard, shotlist)
  • Partners w/ Associate Creative Director to ensure work is on-brand
  • Partners w/ merchandising team and prop stylist to curate product for shoot
  • Uses knowledge of photo production to concept, plan, execute on-set, and complete post-production (retouching)
  • Uses knowledge of video production to concept (storyboard partner w/writer on script), plan, execute, complete editing and post-production

As an Applicant, You Bring

  • Senior level experience in Home photo art direction (7+ years experience)
  • Experience working on digital ad campaigns (YouTube, Instagram, Facebook, Snapchat)
  • Experience with end-to-end video production (concept to post-production)

Compensation

Pay Range: $75.00 – $100.00 (Hourly)

The successful candidate’s starting pay within this range will be based on various factors such as individual qualifications and work location.

Get to Know the Opportunity:

You will be the manager of IT professionals for Salesforce and Sales Data processes on Snowflake. Your team will consist of a Tech Lead for Salesforce Developers, Tester/Admin, Scrum master and Business Analyst. You supervise managers and senior individual contributors and be directly responsible for results produced by the team/group/sub-unit managed.

The Contributions You’ll Make:

  • Ownership of key technical aspects of the Salesforce platform, including custom development, with a bias toward using native functionality and Lightning components
  • Evaluate complex business and technical requirements, and communicate inherent security risks and solutions to technical and non-technical business owners
  • Perform technical analysis, level-of-effort estimation, design, development and implementation of applications with necessary customizations and integration
  • Work with Apex code, Javascript, Visualforce pages, Lightning components and other technologies to build scalable solutions that support business requirements
  • Salesforce development experience with apex triggers, future methods, apex web services, batch Apex and Salesforce APIs
  • Database experience writing queries in SOQL/SOSL, working with Data Loader, Workbench and ETL tools to perform bulk data updates.
  • Own and maintain data modelling and data transformation logic using ETL tools to support data workflows across integrated business systems.
  • Experience with VS code and Git and AutoRabbit
  • Research and find opportunities to utilize Salesforce best practices, guidelines to improve system productivity, scaling and monitoring.
  • Familiarity with agile software delivery methodologies such as Scrum.
  • Experience with Salesforce Cloud platforms – Service, Sales, Marketing and App Exchange Products.
  • Certified Salesforce Developer qualifications are desired.

Minimum Knowledge & Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering or a directly related field; Master’s Degree preferred and/or equivalent work experience.
  • Ten years of progressively responsible experience in IT.
  • Prior experience leading a Salesforce team
  • Solid understanding of Sales Distribution process, transaction flows, territory, and expense management
