About the role:

We are looking for a Senior Manager of Business Automation to join our dynamic team. In this role, your passion will meet a purpose! As a Senior Manager of Business Automation, you will:

* Engage directly with internal LOBs, Clients and Shared Services to conduct high-level process assessments to determine applicability, scalability and return on automation that can be vetted and prioritized with RPA engineering, internal stakeholders and leadership.
* Create sound business cases based on detailed process maps, metrics and analysis to propose investment and prioritization of business automation opportunities based on ability to increase revenue margin and employee engagement.
* Take hands on approach to ownership of automation initiatives and ensure proper management of projects, resources and deliverables.
* Manage the communication and success of business automation projects ensuring there is clear visibility and understanding of automation progress, relevant blockers and timings.
* Manage, collaborate and support a talented, globally dispersed and growing team of RPA and AI engineers to ensure continual growth of the team’s skill set, opportunities and engagement while providing a work-life balance.

You are good at:

* Leading through influence in a global, complex and matrixed organization and delivering regardless of obstacles or blockers that come up.
* Documenting complex processes, identifying process improvements and breaking them down into logical chunks that can be iteratively automated.
* Communicating clearly and succinctly to a varied audience comprised of operations, shared services, internal stakeholders, sales and account management, senior leadership and fellow team members.
* Utilizing data and metrics to continually look for new ways to provide ongoing process and automation improvement.
* Working on multiple deliverables at once, under tight deadlines, and being able to prioritize based on an ever evolving landscape.

You might also have:

* Six Sigma and PMP Certification
* Hands-on experience working with Power Automate
* Hands-on experience with Jira, Confluence and process mapping tools

You should know:

* This role can be virtual, in office or hybrid within the US.
* Travel within the US will be required with occasional travel outside the US.
