Essential Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Accurately read and measure student performance based against a grading rubric.
  • Collaboratively work with the Lead for the course(s) to provide the student with constructive, supportive and concise feedback.
  • Complete grading rubrics and leave detailed feedback and comments for the learner.
  • Check student submissions for plagiarism and for grammar.
  • Provide in-context feedback and scoring using the Sophia-provided rubric.
  • Participate in calibration efforts to ensure consistency of quality for our learners.

Data Analyst Quality Advisor

What will you be doing:

The purpose of this position is to process member data from data receipt to entrance into the QualityAdvisor data warehouse error-free and effectively support members once the data is in the system. The analyst will be expected to communicate with members on a regular basis via email and phone calls answering basic member questions regarding data, processing or reporting issues. Provide written communication regarding deadlines, decisions, explanations of issues, etc.

This level will start out supporting 1-2 members the first few months and then grow workload to minimum of 10 members in 6 months.

This position works in collaboration with customers; QualityAdvisor Operations including the clinical staff, mentors, Supervisors, and the Solution Center to respond to client issues and questions; and Data Warehouse Services, Data Quality and Development teams to resolve data integrity or application issues; and other Premier stakeholders to ensure issues are resolved and required deliverables are met.

This position may require travel to hospitals to assist with installations, kickoffs or training classes for clients

Brief Overview

As a Product Manager, you will partner with all areas of the organization to interpret, document, prioritize, and drive requirements from inception to delivery. You will have a key role in the design process, working with cross-functional teams of Designers, Software Engineers, Hardware Engineers, and QA Engineers to build intuitive workflows, immersive experiences, and comprehensive integration tools. You will work with Sales and Marketing to position product capabilities and define KPIs to assess product performance. You see the big picture, while thriving on the details needed to drive day-to-day progress.   • Collaborate with our client-facing teams to understand and validate new enhancement requests from clients
  • Work with product leadership and other product managers on product initiatives in the backlog and on the roadmap
  • Work alongside Product leadership to manage product lifecycle processes from concept, to delivery, to sunset
  • Seek user feedback to uncover new needs, gain deeper insights into new requests, and solicit feedback on recently released enhancements
  • Be the voice of the user within the engineering teams, clearly articulating user needs and customer goals, and translating them into technical solutions that map back to solving a user problem or job
  • Actively work with the team to decompose epics/features into user stories that are granular enough for the team to estimate and work on
  • Participate in relevant agile and product development ceremonies
  • Educate users and internal stakeholders on new features and enhancements, and create and/or contribute to relevant internal and external communications
  • Coordinate and work with cross-functional teams to ensure product launches are successful
  • Be the expert and go-to person for your initiatives. Manage communication of product initiatives both internally and externall

Qualifications

  • 5+ years in Product Management or related field
  • 3+ years working with software products, healthcare experience a plus, especially in an enterprise B2B setting
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Proven ability to influence cross-functional teams without formal authority
  • Desire to work in a fast-paced software environment (agile experience preferred), and an ability to execute against aggressive timelines
  • Knowledge of wireframing and/or prototyping tools a big plus
  • Ability to juggle multiple projects with varying degrees of priorities

About the Role

As Thumbtack strives to build a branded destination for home management services, we need to meet new customers where they are. The Growth Marketing Senior Specialist, SEM will lead Thumbtack’s efforts to capture customer demand for local services, while working with Analytics to calculate lifetime value and payback targets, partnering with Engineering to build data pipelines that support bid automation and new tools for ad creation at scale, and collaborating with the larger Growth Marketing team to build effective full-funnel marketing programs.

Responsibilities

  • Contribute to improving Thumbtack’s paid search strategy, identifying new opportunities for customer and pro growth
  • Own the management and optimizations for the SEM and MAI programs across Google, Bing, and Apple Search Ads, adhering to KPIs
  • Develop experimentation roadmap for ad copy, keywords, bidding, landing pages, etc.
  • Partner with cross-functional data science, analytics, and engineering teams to build automation and scalable tools
  • Own the tracking, attribution, and measurement of performance metrics (ROAS, incrementality, lift, etc.) using a combination of in-house and third-party data
