The Freelance Photo Compositor will be responsible for creating unique, high-quality header images for articles by combining multiple elements to craft a compelling, relevant image to match the article copy. The role requires strong research, communication, and organizational skills, as well as working knowledge of the core topics covered by our sites. A successful candidate will be a creative, versatile, self-starter who is skilled in digital image manipulation. This position is work-from-home, and offers the opportunity for growth. Location does not matter.
Photo Compositor Responsibilities:
- Create 2-3 high-quality composite images for web publishing per hour
- Attach composite images to article assignment cards
- Maintain excellent records of photo permissions
Ideal candidates will have:
- Demonstrated ability in use of photo manipulation tools
- Demonstrated ability to create high-quality screenshots
- Attention to detail when it comes to our company’s style and voice
- Sharp eye for quality that aligns with Static Media standards

Position Summary
The IT Project Manager is responsible for driving all phases of projects to successful completion. Working with Product Management and IT functional teams is part of the day-to-day responsibilities. The Project Manager is responsible for providing day to day leadership, management and coordination of all activities pertaining to project direction, planning and resource allocations. Assembles implementation teams and manages the activities the team is responsible to deliver, anticipating potential challenges, helping to remove barriers and escalating issue when needed. Acting as the customer’s primary point of contact as it relates to project implementation activities, the Project Manager effectively monitors, documents, and communicates status and progress. Responsibilities

Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field. Applicable experience will be considered in lieu of required degree
- 5+ years Healthcare IT Project Managements experience Required
- At least 3 years hands-on experience being part of and managing Scrum teams Required (Not just certifications)
- Ability to own and drive multiple projects and initiatives from conception to successful implementation Required
- Ability to creatively problem-solve and to circumvent blockers keeping up the team’s momentum
- Experience with Healthcare industry, Product, and IT systems

- Lead the AR import process for agency partner conversion to Applied EPIC and Vertafore AMS360 (testing samples and go live).

- Participate in regularly scheduled status calls or meetings with conversion team and agency partner to ensure all deliverables are met.
- Ensure AMS structure design is compatible with the agency partner’s financial reporting requirements.
- Conduct on site or virtual visits with agency partners prior to AMS conversion and provide on-site or virtual support during go live week.
- Participate in AMS accounting training with accounting staff prior to AMS conversion.
- Develop transition plans, guidelines, procedures and establish protocols for agency partners transitioning to Acrisure accounting in conjunction with AMS conversion. Work closely with Acrisure accounting leadership team to ensure a smooth transition.
- Mentor the agency partner accounting team through post conversion issues and questions to ensure they can work independently. Act as a go to person for accounting issues for agency partner post AMS conversion.
- Assist with first three-month end for the converted agency partner.
- Participate in a team setting to help convert large groups of agency partners to Applied EPIC for platform integrations.
- Participate in regularly scheduled platform calls or team meetings.
