About the Role:
We believe the differentiated B2B Enterprise products of the future drive customer satisfaction by delivering exceptional user experiences alongside B2B table stakes functionality. We’re looking for an experienced product designer who can translate the flexibility and complexity needed for B2B Mid Market and Enterprise customers into an intuitive product.
As a Senior Product Designer, you will play a crucial role in shaping our product approach, driving design strategy, and delivering compelling designs that captivate our users. You will be responsible for driving the design process from ideation to implementation, collaborating closely with cross-functional teams to create compelling and intuitive interfaces. You will leverage your expertise in user research, interaction design, and visual design to deliver exceptional user experiences that align with our company’s vision and customer needs.
What you’ll be doing:
User-Centered Design:
- Create user-centered designs that address complex business workflows and user requirements
- Develop wireframes, prototypes, and visual designs that demonstrate intuitive and engaging user interactions, optimized for Enterprise-scale
- Conduct user research, usability testing, and gather feedback to iterate on designs and improve user experience
Design Strategy and Leadership:
- Collaborate with product managers and stakeholders to understand business goals, B2B user needs, and market trends; help deliver and refine clear storytelling around product needs and opportunities
- Uplevel the R&D organization’s design sense to guide and empower engineers and product managers to enable your design team’s efforts to be focused on high leverage work
- Communicate design decisions and rationale effectively to both technical and non-technical audiences to refine and gain buy-in for design decisions
Design Systems and Standards:
- Contribute to the development and maintenance of design systems and standards to ensure consistency and scalability across products
- Advocate for design best practices, accessibility, and usability principles throughout the organization
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and design tools to continuously enhance design capabilities
What you should bring:
- 4+ years years of experience in product design, preferably in strong UX-driven B2B SaaS organizations
- Strong portfolio showcasing your design expertise, problem-solving skills, and user-centered design approach (Please include your portfolio password if applicable)

Position Overview
As the Tier 2 Customer Support Manager, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the highest level of customer satisfaction by managing a team of skilled Tier 2 support representatives. You will be responsible for addressing complex customer issues, guiding your team in resolving challenging technical problems, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to continuously improve our customer support processes and systems.
Responsibilities

Qualifications
- 5 years of experience in customer support, with a minimum of 2 years in a leadership or management role.
- Proven experience in handling and resolving complex technical issues effectively, preferably within a tech industry.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to convey technical information to non-technical stakeholders.

Senior Data Scientist – Card Program Management

Reporting to the Director of Data Science, this role will be responsible for devising the metrics and performance tracking framework for the Card Program Management Organization. The Card Program Management team is made up of diverse, agile-thinking, and highly-skilled professionals; we use our combined capabilities to enable the organization with innovation, speed, agility, scalability and efficiency. Bringing an innovative, high tech, modern and inspiring approach that helps to align employees with Marqeta’s vision, fun culture and business strategy is essential.
Furthermore, you’ll be expected to partner cross-functional teams outside of our immediate organization and strategize how to best bring our metrics driven performance framework to life, while also supporting the needs of external partners in functions such as Compliance, Revenue, Legal, and Product. The successful candidate should also be able to help with light-weight process automation through scripts, and they must possess strong SQL skills. You will be looked to as the department-specific data lead, which will require a tight partnership with our central data and engineering teams, and you will ultimately help us improve our end-to-end processes to yield better customer experiences overall.
What you’ll do
- Build a comprehensive metrics driven framework to track product performance and operational efficiency
- Lead internal monthly and ad-hoc Run the Business meetings to track progress against Methods and Measures set for the team during our quarterly planning cycles
- Build automation through Python scripting or other methods to reduce or eliminate repetitive non-value added tasks
- Support ad-hoc complex analysis required to size potential issues or identify emerging trends that require leadership attention
- Proxying metrics where current methods are not suitable, and building a roadmap to implement data elements needed to track end-to-end business performance
- Build out the analytics function within the Card Program Management organization
- Lead internal planning and resourcing efforts across product and tech leaders for efficient, and data driven execution
What we’re looking for
- 2-5 Years of experience in payments, financial services and/or Fintech
- Expert-level SQL skills, including 5+ years experience working with large data sets
- Intermediate to advanced technical skills (e.g. Python, R, or other automation-focused languages)
- Proficiency with dashboard and/or business intelligence tools (e.g. Looker, Streamlit, etc.)
- Experience with Git, Snowflake, Airflow, and Salesforce a plus
- Foundation of integrity and strong character to consistently represent Marqeta’s values
- Self-starter who is a consummate team player and has demonstrated the ability to thrive in the face of ambiguity

Guild is hiring a Senior II Fullstack Engineer. This role will involve building user features, designing and implementing APIs, and leading in solving engineering problems within the Payments engineering group. The Payments group at Guild handles large cash flows between partners on a daily basis, while ensuring that the process is auditable and reliable. In the next year, we will be building out a new platform which can support more use cases in moving money and reporting on it.
