Responsibilities
The Sr Director, Content Development Services will:
Establish and cultivate strategic partnerships with external organizations, content providers, and industry leaders. Leverage these partnerships to enhance our content offerings, expand our products and services and drive business growth.
Support customer communications and presentations, as needed, to support strategic initiatives.
Participate in associations, conferences, webinars, and national associations as a spokesperson for the company. Effectively communicate our values, vision and content initiatives to external audiences.
Stay updated with the latest industry trends, instructional methodologies and assessment practices. Lead the team in exploring inclusive and innovative approaches to content development, incorporating cutting-edge technologies and advancements.

The Senior Interactive Designer works cross functionally with instructional design, UX, development, operations and project leaders to create effective, cohesive visual design solutions that meet the needs of varied users.
