What You Will Do

  • Interpret and translate client requirements into a solution that can be configured from our standard set of offerings
  • Align solution architecture (including a statement of work, schedules, and other contractual documents) with final terms and conditions
  • Design and architect end-to-end solutions content that characterizes what products or services are being proposed and how these services will be delivered
  • Estimate for project or program management and/or technical effort to drive scope and produce deliverables
  • Design and deliver scalable solutions
  • Ability to present to senior level customer executives
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams
  • Develop best practices for targeted solution offerings and a process to manage SA best practices in solution design

What You Will Bring

  • 3+ years of experience as a Software Engineer
  • 1+ years of experience as a Solutions Architect
  • Engineering background or equivalent experience.
  • Have worked in a B2B SaaS startup environment.
  • Extensive hands-on experience in Node.JS/Express.JS/Hapi.js/Koa.js, 4.NoSQL DBs and Relational Database (preferably MYSQL/PostgreSQL)
  • Experience in HTML5, CSS3, Angular.JS, or React.js.
  • Strong understanding of systems using real-time interactions (web sockets, long-polling, server-sent events)
  • Design and implementation of low-latency, high-availability, and performance applications.
  • Implementation of security and data protection.
  • Experience managing multiple services and modules with distributed and scalable systems.
  • Experience working in an agile team environment and proficient understanding of code versioning tools, such as Git.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to articulate technical concepts to non-technical audiences
  • Comfortable with ambiguity and able to think creatively to solve complex problems

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Perform a broad range of quantitative analysis to inform the design, implementation, and evaluation of Medicare and Medicaid payment models
  • Support the development of payment calculations, conduct financial and trend analysis, calculate quality metrics, and perform fast-paced ad-hoc analysis to quickly address client needs
  • Work with clients to verify analysis parameters and specifications
  • Apply machine learning, econometrics/statistics, predictive modeling, return-on-investment analysis, simulation, and data visualization methods to support the development of health policy
  • Efficiently query large databases of healthcare claims and eligibility data
  • Write detailed specifications and documentation of data processing and analytical steps

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree or higher in Mathematics, Statistics, Economics, or related field
  • 2+ years of experience using SAS (including macro processing and Proc SQL), R, Python, or SQL in a research, consulting, or business environment
  • Experience working with healthcare claims and enrollment data in large data warehouse environments
  • Familiarity with healthcare data/payment concepts (e.g., claims data structure/contents, claim types, payment concepts)
  • Experience in preparing data and information and contributing to reports and presentations

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Master’s degree or Ph.D. in Statistics, Economics, Public Health, Public Policy, or related field
  • SAS certification
  • Academic coursework in statistics, econometric modeling, or other comparable coursework

Our team is rapidly growing as we expand our programs to reach more health systems and patients, and we are excited to bring on a Senior Product Designer.

In this role, you will partner cross-functionally to help shape the patient experience of Memora’s core product, applying human-centered design principles to optimize our care programs and clinical pathways for a vast range of patient populations and clinical problems. Ideally, you’re a design generalist with a multidisciplinary background and a significant concentration on service design, user research, and conversational design. You will collaborate with other Design team members and cross-functionally with Product Managers and clinical experts.

Qualifications (required):

  • Possess a practical knowledge of the foundational cognitive & linguistic principles for designing conversational experiences, e.g., pragmatics, the cooperative principle, cognitive load, etc.
  • 5+ years of experience in human-centered design ideally in healthcare or other similarly complex domains/problem spaces or for SaaS products.
  • Proficiency with Figma/Figjam or other related tools.
