SamCart is looking for an innovative, dedicated, and experienced Senior Software Engineer to join our growing Software Engineering team. In this role, you will design, implement, test, and release new features of our e-commerce product. Using modern tools and methodologies, you will leverage deep technical knowledge of object-oriented design to ensure simplicity, changeability, and longevity in our codebases. Responsibilities

  • Develop, test, and deploy features across the full application stack.
  • Follow best practices like test-driven development, refactoring, and simple design.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in both frontend and backend development frameworks, specifically NextJS/React and PHP (Laravel).
  • Demonstrated skill in building reliable software systems incorporating fundamental design principles (design patterns, SOLID, etc.)
  • Experience developing and deploying software in a containerized environment.
  • At least 5 years of professional experience building software applications leveraging web application frameworks.

What You’ll do as a Software Engineer II at Kyruus:

  • Your typical day will include attending Agile standups, designing components or services, writing lots of code, testing and integrating your code, and reviewing others’ code.
  • You’ll participate in and contribute to Agile team activities. You’ll help estimate the amount of time and effort projects will take as part of the sprint cycle.
  • You’ll apply Kyruus’ software engineering best practices, coding standards and patterns for development and deployment.
  • You’ll investigate alerts about possible errors in our system. You’ll help solve outages, participate in retrospectives, and implement countermeasures to prevent similar issues from recurring.
  • You’ll create tools and documentation for internal teams like Client Delivery to understand how our systems work and to enable them to onboard customers in a timely manner with minimal support from Engineering.
  • You’ll report to the Senior Manager, Engineering on the KyruusOne team within the R&D – Engineering Division.

The Clinical Program Manager is responsible for the management of all client specific clinical programs and drug strategy recommendations including drug formulary, Utilization Management programs, and other drug therapy related products and services offered by Prime. As the primary point of contact for their designated BCBS clients, the director promotes and recommends Prime standard offerings to meet client requirements and builds strong relationships with key clinical stakeholders through effective consultative services.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate formulary management for the client including, client specific Pharmacy &Therapeutics (P&T) or business committee decision making and implementation, oversight of formulary publications, oversight of formulary information in all provider and member materials and communications, and product ownership for Medicare and Medicaid formularies
  • Provide consultation and recommendations to the client regarding Prime standard clinical program opportunities, formulary recommendations, benefit design recommendations, and other research applications and opportunities beneficial or of interest to the plan
  • Provide clinical guidance and support for client’s Health Insurance Marketplace business
  • Manage incoming requests for information from the plan regarding drug therapy, formulary and clinical program related issues and partner with reporting and analytics team to present meaningful information back to the client
  • Present Prime’s products, services and recommendations to internal and external stakeholders and work in cooperation with Prime’s operational teams to coordinate and lead client specific custom clinical pharmacy programs

Minimum Qualifications

  • PharmD or Bachelor of Science Pharmacy degree
  • 2 years experience in managed care or clinical pharmacy or completed a Residency Program or the equivalent combination of education and/or relevant work experience
