We are seeking a highly skilled Digital Marketing Specialist to join our dynamic marketing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing, implementing, and managing successful digital marketing campaigns. The Digital Marketing Specialist will play a key role in driving online brand visibility, lead generation, and member engagement. This position requires a deep understanding of digital marketing channels, analytics, and the ability to stay current with industry trends.

Responsibilities:

  • Strategy development:
    • Develop and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies as part of an integrated strategy to achieve business objectives.
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align digital initiatives with overall marketing goals.
    • Explore alternative technology automation solutions to optimize our outreach capabilities.
  • Automation and workflow optimization:
    • Develop and implement automated marketing processes to streamline workflows and improve efficiency.
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and optimize marketing automation workflows.
  • Campaign management:
    • Plan, implement, and optimize digital marketing campaigns across various channels, including but not limited to SEO, SEM, social media, SMS, and email marketing.
    • Monitor and analyze campaign performance using analytics tools and adjust strategies accordingly.
  • Social media management:
    • Develop and implement social media strategies to increase brand awareness and engagement.
    • Manage and curate content on social media platforms.
  • Email & SMS marketing:
    • Design and execute email and SMS marketing campaigns to promote member retention.
    • Monitor email and SMS campaign performance and implement improvements.
  • Analytics and reporting:
    • Utilize analytics tools to track, measure, and report on key performance indicators.
    • Provide regular performance reports and insights to the marketing team.
  • Marketing technology stack management:
    • Evaluate, implement, and manage marketing technologies, including CRM, marketing automation, analytics tools, and other relevant platforms.
    • Ensure the integration and seamless functionality of different marketing tools.
  • Stay current with marketing technology trends:
    • Stay abreast of emerging trends and innovations in marketing technology.
    • Make recommendations for adopting new technologies to improve marketing operations.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, or a related field.
  • 5-7 years of proven experience as a Digital Marketing Specialist or similar role.
  • Strong understanding of CRM systems, marketing automation platforms, and analytics tools.
  • In-depth knowledge of digital marketing channels and best practices.
  • Experience with SEO, SEM, social media, email marketing, and analytics tools.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Creative thinking and the ability to contribute innovative ideas.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines.

Preferred skills:

  • Digital marketing platform experience (e.g., Google Ads, Google Analytics, WordPress).
  • Experience with marketing automation tools (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, SMS Magic).
  • Knowledge of HTML, CSS, and basic web development concepts.
  • Familiarity with the latest trends and technologies in digital marketing.
  • Experience in relevant marketing technologies (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, Marketo).
  • Experience with API integrations and data migrations
