Headspace is looking for an experienced, strategic, and creative associate video producer for our Social Media team. The ideal candidate has a passion for creating engaging video content for TikTok, Instagram and LinkedIn platforms inclusive of our D2C and B2B businesses and our corporate and employer brand. As the Social Associate Producer, you will be responsible for conceptualizing, producing, working with talent, and delivering video content that resonates with our audience and drives engagement on these platforms.

  • Conceptualize, plan, and produce compelling video content tailored for TikTok, Instagram and LinkedIn platforms
  • Develop creative concepts, storyboards, and scripts that effectively communicate brand messaging and resonate with our target audiences
  • Coordinate all aspects of video production, including location scouting, talent casting, filming, and equipment management, ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget.
  • Comfortable acting as on camera talent for UGC-style videos shared to the Headspace TikTok, Instagram and LinkedIn accounts
  • Stay updated on trends, algorithms, and best practices to optimize video content for maximum reach, engagement, and virality.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to align video content with overall brand objectives and marketing campaigns.
  • Work with our Studios and Brand Creative teams onset for shoots to capture social-first content. This may require travel and being in person at set locations or our HQ office studio.
  • Monitor the performance of video content, analyze key metrics (e.g., views, likes, shares), and provide insights to drive continuous improvement and optimization of content strategy.

What youve accomplished:

  • Experience editing, producing, and publishing social-first video content, tailored for specific platforms (Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn).
  • A track record of defining, evangelizing and implementing social video strategies at a platform level, inclusive of always-on pieces + repeatable content series.

Our new Paid Media Manager will serve as a subject matter expert in all things related to Paid Media. What You’ll Do

  • Responsible for the strategy development, innovation, and tactical execution + performance of a few (3-5) Paid Media client accounts
  • Plan, implement and audit paid media campaigns & strategies that align with client KPIs and marketing goals
  • Successfully plan & execute campaigns in both Search and Social paid media platforms (Google, Meta, LinkedIn, TikTok)
  • Responsible for strategizing & presenting both regular and ad hoc Paid Media deliverables to achieve clients’ marketing goals
  • Support channel innovation efforts, ensuring clients’ Paid Media strategies are following evolving best practices and using performance data to identify opportunities for new campaigns, optimizations, and testing
  • Regularly create, analyze, and present insightful and actionable Paid Media performance reports directly to clients
  • Leverage various tools to carry out analysis and to maximize efficiency and effectiveness of Paid Media accounts
  • Serve as the lead point of contact for all things Paid Media for your owned clients; lead biweekly and ad hoc client calls to build & maintain strong client relationships

  • Collaborate with the Creative and Design team on ad creation and testing plans; assist with creative strategy and briefs as needed

  • Play an active role in retaining clients and aiding in client satisfaction through proactive communication, collaboration, problem-solving and issue resolution
  • Join in creative brainstorming sessions with other members of the Paid Media team to promote a culture of collaboration and innovation

What Were Looking For

  • 3+ years of experience (minimum) managing Paid Search AND Social campaigns. (Main platforms are Google, Meta, LinkedIn, and TikTok)
  • Previous agency experience is a must-have!
  • Experience serving as the main point of contact on client engagements; strong comfortability being client-facing
  • Experience driving/leading paid media account strategy
  • Strong testing & innovation mentality
  • Advanced proficiency with Google Sheets/Excel
  • Proficiency with Google Analytics 4
  • Experience with Google Tag Manager and Supermetrics is a plus!

You are an authority on all Axon products & services, working directly with law enforcement agencies providing technical support and customer service Monday through Friday. Given how critical your role is, you will also be ready to be called on by the agency for help at any moment. You serve as the primary point of support, nding solutions to large problems and advising the agency on best practices. You act as a change manager who identies agency pain points and helps with software adoption, crisis manager who responds to urgent technical support needs, and agency advocate within Axon.   • Your goal is to provide excellent technical support for Axons RMS and/or Standards products daily to our agencies making sure their expectations are exceeded
  • You collaborate daily with both agencies and internal employees for smooth resolution to issues

What You Bring

  • Proven track record of successfully managing customer relationships and technical projects in a customer facing/technical support role
  • Ability to do reverse engineering, searching logs and root cause analysis
  • Advanced experience with Microsoft Windows OS, Microsoft Networking and Active Directory
  • Understanding of SAAS, Cloud providers/solutions, Virtualization, Storage
