Position Responsibilities:
- Content Management:
- Hide new car specials on the 1stof the month.
- Utilizing approved offers, post new vehicles specials with correct linking and tagging.
- Not responsible for obtaining approved offers.
- Post client & coop/compliance approved sliders with accurate click throughs and tagging.
- Not responsible for creative or compliance approval
- Update client approved service specials
- Not responsible for obtaining approved offers.
- Complete weekly/monthly desktop & mobile website audits utilizing approved checklist
- Evaluation of your customer-facing website to screen for design flaws and glitches that may interfere with browsing or purchasing.
- Reporting of design & development recommendations.
- Highlight inefficiencies such as poor optimization, lengthy page loading times, and duplicate content.
- Spot errors such as broken links, misspelled words, improperly tagged images, and outdated information.
- Identify oversights such as missing search boxes, contact information, or a clear way to return to your homepage.
- Performance Improve user experience by implementing strategies to decrease page load times.
- Conversion optimization Add elements designed to build trust, such as awards, certifications, and testimonials. These simple additions make websites convert significantly better.
- Screen for navigation problems such as poorly defined headers that prevent users from smoothly moving to another page.
- The above as well as individualized needs per client/website/AE.
- Take action on and resolve any issues found in website audit.
- Constant record keeping of website audits in our internal dashboard.
- Submits all dealer websites for compliance approval on a monthly basis, if applicable:

What You Will Do
- Design, implement, and manage Identity and Access Management (IAM) solutions using Okta, focusing on SSO, SAML, OAuth, and SCIM protocols
- Develop, test, and maintain Okta Workflows to automate and streamline identity lifecycle processes

Key Responsibilities
Interpret data and communicate results (50%)
