Job Description

Our client, a healthcare marketing agency (based in South Florida), is looking for ACD, Art who ispassionate about creating groundbreaking and purpose-drivenwork in the healthcare space.This is a fully remote role.

Responsibilities:

  • Demonstrates exceptional ability to generate innovative and compelling concepts.
  • Displays creative problem-solving skills across various mediums.
  • Possesses excellent communication skills, effectively conveying ideas and messages.
  • Provides effective mentorship to junior team members, fostering their growth and development.
  • Collaborates with other departments to seamlessly integrate creative ideas into comprehensive campaigns.
  • Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite, with the hands-on ability to create files from scratch, including mock-ups, storyboards, and graphics.
  • Skilled in presenting and selling ideas, creative strategies, and rationale, both internally and externally.
  • Ensures outstanding campaign and creative quality throughout the team and the projects they oversee.
  • Establishes strong partnerships with external vendors to maintain high creative standards.
  • Capable of preparing for, planning, and attending video and photoshoots, providing valuable input and direction.

Required Qualifications:

  • Proficient in Photoshop, InDesign and Illustrator
  • After Effects, Lightroom, HTML/CSS a plus but not necessary.
  • Ad Agency Experience
