Job Description
Our client, a healthcare marketing agency (based in South Florida), is looking for ACD, Art who ispassionate about creating groundbreaking and purpose-drivenwork in the healthcare space.This is a fully remote role.
Responsibilities:
- Demonstrates exceptional ability to generate innovative and compelling concepts.
- Displays creative problem-solving skills across various mediums.
- Possesses excellent communication skills, effectively conveying ideas and messages.
- Provides effective mentorship to junior team members, fostering their growth and development.
- Collaborates with other departments to seamlessly integrate creative ideas into comprehensive campaigns.
- Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite, with the hands-on ability to create files from scratch, including mock-ups, storyboards, and graphics.
- Skilled in presenting and selling ideas, creative strategies, and rationale, both internally and externally.
- Ensures outstanding campaign and creative quality throughout the team and the projects they oversee.
- Establishes strong partnerships with external vendors to maintain high creative standards.
- Capable of preparing for, planning, and attending video and photoshoots, providing valuable input and direction.
Required Qualifications:
- Proficient in Photoshop, InDesign and Illustrator
- After Effects, Lightroom, HTML/CSS a plus but not necessary.
