Job Description:

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Grow Leadership EHS daily management.
  • Grow Frontline EHS engagement.
  • Review EHS risks and signoff on EHS considerations during the bid phase of outages.
  • Support EHS outage Plan creation and signoff on EHS readiness tasks
  • Orchestrate with leadership, EHS framework deployment inclusive of hazard heat map and proactive actions.
  • Provide day-to-day EHS support for service activities.
  • Provide immediate, direct support to field service employees that work at customer sites. Inclusive of training, inspections, customer interaction around planning and job execution. They are the first line contact for the field service engineers as they manage day to day EHS issues in service work.
  • Monitor outages EHS performance & organization level EHS performance.
  • Lead and monitor active EHS investigations.
  • Audit activities, & develop corrective, and preventive action to close any potential gaps.
  • Initiate risk reduction projects & continuous improvement plans based on leadership dialogs, data trending and frontline listening sessions.
  • Build and measure Site EHS professional competency and performance.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by the ISD-EHS Leader and/or Operational leader.

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in curriculum related to Health & safety, or the equivalent in training and experience with a minimum of 10 years in an EHS related position in construction, power generation, or technical industry.
  • 10+ years of field experience
  • 8+ years of auditor experience
  • 3+ years’ experience with Taproot or similar methodology
  • Ability and willingness to travel 40% globally with minimal notice required, and as per business need.
  • English proficiency required.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Ability to form and lead a strong team across the matrix organization (ie. with or without direct reports)
  • Strong customer service skills, interpersonal, analytical, organizational and research skills
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Field experience related to outages in the power generation industry.
  • Work effectively with people from different culture and background
  • Ability to prepare accurate reports containing findings/recommendations and perform a wide variety of duties and responsibilities with accuracy and speed under the pressure of time sensitive deadlines.
  • Industrial equipment and facilities knowledge is desired.
  • Ability to recognize/mitigate organizational systemic risk and train others to recognize/mitigate task and project risk.

Frontdoor seeks a talented, energetic, entrepreneurial, and selfmotivated attorney with at least 3 years of relevant legal experience to serve as Corporate Counsel–IP, Marketing & Digital. This position will report directly to the Vice President, Associate General Counsel responsible for intellectual property (IP), marketing and technology. This position will be responsible for handling a wide range of matters related to the growth, operation, and further development of this dynamic business. The Corporate Counsel will support digital and cyber initiatives and advise on matters including artificial intelligence (AI), mobile apps, digital product development and cybersecurity. The ideal candidate will have knowledge of IP and advertising law and the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA), as well as experience with commercial contracts and technology and privacy questions. Responsibilities include:

  • Providing high quality and effective legal advice and counsel to legal and business team members on a broad range of topics and matters.
  • Providing advice and counsel on intellectual property, privacy law and cybersecurity, advertising, e-commerce, general contracts, and other related legal matters.

  • The ideal candidate would have experience in several of the following areas: Internet, digital and technology law; trademark law; advertising compliance; TCPA/telephone, email marketing and other privacy laws.

  • Knowledgeable in using ticketing systems, particularly familiar with Zendesk and Hubspot

About the role

As a Principal Information Architecture (IA) Strategist, you’re responsible for discovery, definition, and development of enterprise ontologies in support of Zillow’s Customer Data Strategy, Corporate Strategy and Customer Experience Vision. The Principal IA Strategist will be responsible for working collaboratively across Zillow lines of business and functions to develop domain ontologies in support of enterprise initiatives. The Role

Modern health is looking for a highly organized and imaginative Digital Producer to join our Content team. This role will partner with our Operations, Clinical Care, Content, and Tech teams to develop and expand our client content and Circles programs, live private group sessions requested by clients and led by Modern Health providers.
