What you’ll do
- Develop and implement transformative initiatives to drive improved retention and monetization of our homeowners
- Work cross-functionally with business partners and leadership to develop and prioritize initiatives designed to increase profitability and reduce churn
- Scope and launch new product offerings designed to support vacation rental owners as they build their business on Evolve’s platform
- Partner with marketing, product, sales, finance, and customer experience to design and implement upsell and revenue retention programs
- Develop short and medium term strategies designed to increase barriers to exit while improving the owner experience
- Own the relationship with 3rd party partners from initial discussion all the way through to product implementation
- Implement program management best practices to ensure initiatives are executed efficiently and effectively

Location

Compensation
Annual base salary range: $136,000-$156,000, depending on relevant experience. This role will also be eligible to receive a variable annual bonus based on both company and individual performance.

What you will do:
- Expand and optimize the service-oriented architecture of the Cybereason IR platform to deliver highly robust, scalable, and repeatable analysis techniques to front-line incident responders for a variety of workflows and engagement types
- Innovate new capabilities and technology integrations such as bleeding-edge data science and threat intelligence approaches using the Cybereason graph.
- Conduct research into forensic artifacts, behavioural analysis and threat hunting techniques and implement them in the Cybereason IR investigations platform
