About the role

As a Strategic Sourcing Analyst, you will be joining the world’s largest & most comprehensive clinical research organisation, powered by healthcare intelligence.

The Strategic Sourcing Analyst will support Global Strategic Sourcing according to the defined Strategic Sourcing process (e.g., Category Management, Reporting and Supplier Relationship Management). The Strategic Sourcing Analyst will work closely to support multiple internal business functions while facilitating and optimizing the operational procurement process. This role will also support data analysis and day-to-day sourcing activities under the category strategy.

What you will be doing:

  • Support operational efforts, including but not limited to, database development and maintenance for supplier relationship management, vendor interaction and day-to-day activities (e.g.: contract database, contract execution reminders, meeting schedules, vendor interaction and cross functional projects), associated with a specific category
  • Help develop and release RFI and RFP documents; support consolidating information for business case review (e.g., scorecard, proposal summary).
  • Provide due diligence on identifying sources of supply or new vendors (e.g.: non-disclosure agreements, vendor creation and risk assessment flagging).
  • Conduct Category Benchmarking (internal and external research) utilizing the approved tools.
  • Create/ Review/ Validate data and provide analysis on spend reports and high value opportunities.
  • Prepare and send regular reports and analysis to Category Strategic Sourcing Manager(s), to include development of presentations and dashboards.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in a life sciences or business major
  • Successful 3-4+ year track record within procurement and/or supply chain management
  • Proven experience successfully collaborating with cross functional teams and managing multiple projects simultaneously
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft 365 (Excel, Power Point and Word)
  • Familiarity with SAP/Ariba system, contract repositories and spend analytics tools
  • Strong project management skills
  • A self-starter with robust people skills that include developing strong relationships, solving problems, and influencing without authority
  • Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
  • Relevant knowledge related to Strategic Sourcing and Category Management processes
  • Effective negotiating skills

Job Title: Support Manager, Media Platforms

Compensation: $95,000 to $115,000

As a Platform Support Manager, you will provide exceptional leadership for a growing team of Google Marketing Platform (GMP) media platform experts focused on the scaled delivery of technical support services which are crucial in providing technical support to drive platform adoption and strengthen client relationships. Responsibilities

  • Measure and monitor service output to ensure scope and delivery meet service level agreements with our Partners
  • Adapt our team approach to significant industry and platform changes

Experience

  • Minimum 5 years experience in digital marketing industry/3+ years focused on ad-tech platforms or technical role (CM360/SA360/DV360 preferred)
  • Minimum 2 years experience leading teams or driving a client portfolio where delegation and supervisory support of others was necessary
  • Knowledge of Salesforce/ServiceCloud or similar SAAS tools for customer management
  • Broad understanding of customer service best practices in a B2B environment

At least 18 years or older

High School Diploma, or equivalent

Able to successfully pass a criminal background check

A minimum of five (5) to ten(10) years of experience in a field service environment, preferably working with appliances

In the tech support role, you’ll work alongside other tech-minded people to handle inbound and outbound phone calls to troubleshoot customers, identify technical issues, and escalate issue reports while recording interactions on each call.
