Barbaricum is seeking an experienced UI/UX developer preferably with exposure to Qlik to provide support for telemetry and maintenance analysis, which is focused on the direction, synchronization, and modernization of Condition Based Maintenance applications for the USMC. Specifically, dashboard development will be focused on communicating vehicle maintenance usage and reducing vehicle issues that impact mission readiness.

Major Duties/Responsibilities:

The Digital Asset Specialist will support the Omnichannel & Content Operations lead and serve as a subject matter DAM (Digital Asset Management) expert to partner with cross-functional teams to execute the overall digital content strategy and workflow for Digital Asset Management and coordination.

This position will define criteria and requirements for integrations, workflows, and processes across the organization (e.g., Digital, Media, Design, etc.) and within multiple digital asset categories and platforms. In addition, this position is also responsible for defining agency needs and requirements for legal purposes, asset research, renewals, expirations, and processing documentation to support the ingestion of assets into HAS (Hershey Asset Studio).

The Digital Asset Specialist is responsible for managing and governance of digital assets within the enterprise-wide Digital Asset Management (DAM) system, Hershey Asset Studio (HAS), to optimize efficiencies and speed to market in the distribution of assets.

Responsible for meticulously maintaining functions within the DAM system. This includes but is not limited to, ensuring assets are uploaded with proper users & permissions; metadata, keywording, cataloging, categorizing, and organization is accurate and consistent.

The Digital Asset Specialist will be responsible for continuously developing best practices & improvements associated with managing digital assets from end to end to ensure the DAM continues to provide value to business needs. Will proactively recognize and communicate when system upgrades/enhancements are needed where necessary.

This Digital Asset Specialist plays a pivotal role in ensuring Hershey’s content management capabilities continue to evolve in accordance with the ever-changing business needs.

Skills/ Competencies/ Qualifications:

  • 3+ years of related digital asset management experience, preferably in CPG (Consumer Packaged Goods), an agency or in-house.
  • 1+ years of experience in digital arts, photography/videography, or design.
  • Experience with Adobe Create Suites.

Position Summary :

Family Technical Support will work remotely as part of our contact center primarily providing technical support services to students and caretakers as they set up and use our technology to learn at a distance from initial startup, troubleshooting, and virus/spyware removal to resolution of software, hardware, printer, and broadband network issues.

Family Technical Support Analyst Responsibilities :

  • Troubleshoot and resolve software, hardware, printer, and broadband network issues by actively listening to the caller and asking appropriate questions to build a solution
  • Troubleshoot LMS (online school) issues (Internet/application issues)
  • Log all calls in call tracking system, creating detailed, accurate entries
  • Escalate calls when necessary, according to guidelines
  • Remote into callers’ computers when necessary, using the appropriate department tech support processes
  • Define and feedback/recap user problems while providing a detailed solution to resolve each issue
  • Proactively follow-up (outbound) with callers (in between inbound calls) to verify that problems were resolved
  • Respond to voicemails and Webmails, and create trouble tickets as necessary
  • Maintain a current level of understanding of the details of home networking, high-speed Internet, and application functionality
  • Act as liaison for web-based application problems between users and developers
  • Assist in the collection of data for identifying user requirements that may result in future system development or training
  • Keep current with development of new system features

Customer Connections Support Responsibilities :
