We’re looking for a UI Artist to join our team as we grow a new genre in the video game industry.

Responsibilities

  • Create a suite of art pipelines and art creation tools to support new methods of high-end art content creation.
  • Architect custom asset pipelines that use the latest art and engine tools efficiently.
  • Identify ways to make 3D and 2D artists more effective and efficient – and make it happen.
  • Write scripts to automate multi-step art creation, capture, import, and export processes.
  • Research, integrate, and configure new art-content systems like particle systems, animation systems, etc.
  • Work autonomously as part of the Medical team on a wide variety of interesting projects.

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 3+ years of professional experience working in game development or mobile app environment.
  • Experience shipping at least one professional game or mobile app as a UI Artist.
  • Excellent portfolio demonstrating UI design skills, including wireframes, prototypes, and final UI in-game implementations.
  • Experience working in Unity3D, Unreal Engine, or a proprietary engine creating and implementing UI assets.
  • Solid understanding of mobile UI design principles and processes.
  • Demonstrable experience with Adobe CC design tools, Sketch, Figma, or similar.
  • Aptitude for quickly learning new tools and processes when necessary.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills, with an ability to articulate design concepts.

Bonus Qualifications

  • 3D modeling, motion graphics, or illustration skills.
  • Knowledge of scripting or programming languages relevant to UI development.

We are looking for a Data Strategy Director who acts as a trusted client partner and leads teams to drive results for clients. This role involves embracing and evangelizing new marketing, data, and analytics technologies in addition to leading initiatives to improve the competency of the Strategy and Insights practice. They will generate ideas and processes to deliver successful project solutions and lead strategic cross-competency accounts. In addition, this role will work in partnership with client service and business development teams to expand our footprint across existing and future accounts as well as other Data & Analytics groups, Marketing, Experience Design, and Technology teams.

This role will report to the Sr. Director, Data Strategy to develop practice-wide data perspectives and assist in building a scaling team.

Role and Responsibilities

  • Develop digital marketing data ecosystems, accomplishing data-driven analysis and activation through solution architectures integrating measurement, modeling, and MarTech/AdTech to meet client business objectives
  • Create and oversee comprehensive data programs to enable complex digital strategies
  • Work with CSEs and BD to support pitches for new business or additional follow-on work for clients, especially relating to activation; participate in QBRs as neededLead cross-functional engagements, and ensures cohesive delivery across competencies
  • Conduct data strategy programming, including assessing data signals, KPI setting, ecosystem and readiness assessments, co-innovation studio sessions, roadmapping deliverables, and value creation cycles
  • Assess client data maturity, understands stakeholder needs, facilitates prioritization, and coordinates a strategic data and agile roadmap of program activities
  • Provide perspectives on necessary data advancement recommendations, including data warehousing, modeling, engineering, business intelligence, or other data activities to support business outcomes.
  • Work with delivery pods (channel owners, competencies, functional teams) to harmonize activities and deliverables across the co-innovation program, translating business objectives into activities & marketing objectives, ideating on innovation and outlining the tactics necessary to achieve results.
  • Use the results of analysis to communicate program success and persuade account and client stakeholders for expansion and investment, including opportunities for accelerator engagements
  • Build and advance a team with skills and knowledge appropriate to be a trusted advisor to help clients see a clear path to overcome their challenges
  • Maintain subject matter expertise as platforms evolve, including leading development of playbooks and documentation for scaling solutions
  • Collaborate with internal marketing team on strategic collateral, collaborative case studies, or other marketing materials
  • Maintain billable utilization while uncovering additional project opportunities

Preferred Qualifications

  • 6+ years of relevant work experience in digital, consulting, or analytics
  • Functional expertise with digital analytics platforms (Adobe Analytics, Google Analytics)
  • Knowledge and familiarity with BI tools like Tableau, Power BI, or similar and SQL is a plus
  • Familiarity in cloud technologies (Snowflake, AWS, Azure) and their capabilities as they relate to customer, digital, and operational data and digital analytics
  • Industry knowledge of the advanced analytics landscape

Responsibilities:

Preferred Qualifications:

  • 3 to 5+ years experience in a Software Development role working with data driven applications
  • Minimum of 2 years working with Marketo preferred
  • Marketo certification preferred
  • Experienced data modeler in relational database systems
  • Experienced writing SQL queries for Select/Insert/Update/Delete, including knowledge of multi-table joins and outer joins
