Do you consider yourself a master at Photoshop? Curriculum Associates is looking for a Temporary Photoshop Designer to create photo composites and edit images for our digital language arts product. The Photoshop Designer reports to the Art Director, and is responsible for working independently, as well as with the internal design team.

Key responsibilities include: Cropping, resizing, styling, retouching, and optimizing photos, incorporating feedback, and uploading to our asset management platform. We’re looking for a candidate who is able to take elements from multiple images and realistically combine them to create a new image.

What we’re looking for:

  • Minimum three (3) years of professional work experience photo editing or similar
  • Background in a Design-related field
  • Advanced proficiency in Adobe photoshop

As a Customer Support Agent at 5CA, you’ll provide technical support as part of a broader international team. You’ll troubleshoot customers’ technical issues with their PC hardware and connectivity issues. About this role

We are looking for an experienced Business Intelligence Analyst to scale a critically important function responsible for building and maintaining systems, processes and services that enable us to understand financial performance and unlock key business insights at Faire. The ideal candidate for this role will ensure key accounting procedures are automated in ways that are accurate, efficient, easy-to-understand, and scalable. This role will sit in the Finance department and collaborate with team members from a breadth of functional groups across Faire, including Accounting, Analytics Engineering and Data Infrastructure. What you’ll do

  • Provide analytical and technical expertise and support to Accounting and Finance teams to foster and support data democratization that drives decision-making and accountability
  • Act as fundamental analytical partner to the Accounting team to gather ongoing requirements from product and operational teams to ensure the core ledgers accurately keep up with changes in the business Scope, design, create, and manage complex ETL flows that aggregate and synthesize key business performance metrics and financial reporting
  • Collaborate across Analytics Engineering, Data Infrastructure, and Finance as a key translator and process improver to ensure cohesion and efficacy across Faire’s data community
  • Field miscellaneous data-related questions for the Finance and Strategy and Accounting teams enabling others to get at the data they need accurately and efficiently
  • Unlock workflow automation with use of the latest capabilities made possible by Generative AI

Qualifications

Must have:

  • 4+ years of work experience in Business Intelligence, Accounting, or comparable function Experience working with large transactional data sets, building ETL dataflows, performing in-depth data analyses using SQL, and automating KPI reports using a BI software (Mode, Tableau, Looker, etc.)

The Role

The Senior Web Developer role on the Marketing Digital team will be the primary backend developer for the team responsible for veeva.com and other Marketing-supported websites. This developer will be an expert PHP and WordPress developer. This developer will be a part of a team that includes front-end developers and will build functional features and integrations and will have responsibility for site architecture and performance.

Your Mission:

This is a Mid – Sr. level Engineer position focused on our core roadmap development. You will be assisting in the understanding of the architecture, implementation, and quality of core company products intended to drive the company forward. The ability to work with a team and collaborate is essential.

We are migrating our codebase from a PHP codebase to a Go microservices architecture. You have two options:

If you are a professional PHP developer, you must be interested in learning Go and mastering it.

If you are a professional Go developer, you must be prepared to read and, sometimes, extend the PHP codebase.

You will focus on solidifying our product and making it resilient as well as learning how to roll out enterprise-ready features.

Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for designing, testing, developing, operating, and maintaining products, following architectural and coding standards.
  • Consistently writes production-ready code that is easily testable, easily understood by other developers, and accounts for edge cases and errors.
  • Uses systematic debugging to diagnose cross-service issues and is adept at using a range of tools to detect when there is an incident and raises this with stakeholders in a timely manner.
  • Takes ownership of incidents that fall in their domain and may be involved in the resolution of an incident or provide assistance to others on resolving incidents.
  • Proactive in learning from code reviews from the team and resolving open code reviews in a timely manner.

Requirements:

  • Four – Eight years of relevant experience.
  • 1+ years of experience in design, development, and triaging for large, complex systems.
  • 1+ years working in PHP/Laravel or Go.
  • Have experience in implementing microservices (using tools and technologies for messaging, RPC, containerization, etc).
  • Understanding of containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes, etc.).
  • Strong knowledge of SQL schema design and experience working with NoSQL databases, SOLID principles, and REST API design.
  • Experience using CI/CD processes for application software integration and deployment using industry-standard tools.
  • Agile Software Development (typically Scrum, Kanban, SAFe)
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or related technical field, or relevant equivalent experience.
  • Our shared language across the company is English, so competency in reading, writing, and speaking is a requirement.
