The Role
As the Director of Sales at Pantheon, you will play a pivotal role in shaping and leading the strategic vision of our Account Executives, driving the success of our technology sales team in the competitive SaaS market. Your extensive experience in enterprise software sales and SaaS solutions will empower you to not only meet but exceed sales targets through strategic planning, effective leadership, and dynamic execution.
What you need to succeed
- Create, implement, and maintain the strategic plan to achieve sales targets
- Coordinate sales forecasting and planning
- Lead a team of Mid-Market reps
- Responsible for multi-million dollar annual team target
- Create the regional strategy and execution plan per rep for growing business in the region
- Oversee hiring, training, mentoring, and development of direct reports
- Provide customer feedback to internal teams (product, engineering, marketing) to develop and deliver innovative solutions for our customers
- Be accountable for quota aligned with a growing new book of business and track against quota by forecasting at a regular cadence
