Position Summary:
We are currently seeking a Sr Analyst, Reporting Strategy, who will be instrumental in working with account management, operational leadership, and other stakeholders to understand and fulfill a variety of reporting needs. This role requires expertise in SSRS (SQL Server Reporting Services) and T-SQL for managing and resolving tickets in a queue, supporting diverse reporting requests for internal and external clients. The successful candidate will be a strategic thinker, adept at developing reporting strategies that align with our business goals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with account management and operational leadership to develop operation reports and dashboards.
- Develop and maintain reports using SSRS and T-SQL.
- Manage ticket queues efficiently for reporting requests.
- Optimize reporting processes and tools.
- Provide technical support and training in SSRS and T-SQL to team members.
Required Qualifications:
- Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar role (data or reporting analyst).
- At least 3+ years of experience working with SQL and T-SQL (ability to write complex SQL queries and build reports with SQL).
- Strong understanding of database management and data analysis.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Ability to work effectively in both independent and team environments.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with Tableau and other data visualization tools.
- Demonstrated ability to manage large data sets and complex reporting requests.
- Preference for candidates to have data reporting and analysis experience within a call center environment.
- Proficiency in SSRS.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills for effective stakeholder engagement.
Education
- Bachelor s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field. Additional experience may be accepted in lieu of degree.
