How will you help us get there:

As a Lifecycle Marketing Manager at Opencare, you’ll be working closely with our Director, B2C Marketing and our CEO.

Your primary role to support patients will be to:

  • Drive growth in patient bookings by re-engaging patients to move them through their journey, via email, SMS, and in-app
  • Expand our referral program to enable patients to refer their friends and family to Opencare
  • Implement a comprehensive and delightful customer experience through our transactional touchpoints

Your primary role to support dentists will be to:

  • Collaborate with our CX team to ensure that our dentists are engaged and up-to-date with our product offerings, and understanding the impact on their business
  • Support our sales team to build engaging and compelling email outreach as part of their customer journey

Additional responsibilities:

  • Write interesting and persuasive content that communicates our mission and converts patients and dentists (leveraging content writers and designers as needed)
  • Build, coordinate, and manage trigger and broadcast email and SMS campaigns that effectively engage and convert our customer base
  • Perform data analysis in Looker to uncover opportunities for growth in patient bookings and customer insights
  • Work cross-functionally with the rest of our GTM teams to ensure that all our channels are mutually supportive

Skills and attributes we are looking for in a successful candidate:

  • 4+ years in Lifecycle or Email Marketing
  • Track record of driving growth in lifecycle channels in the B2C and B2B space
  • 3+ years of experience with ESP’s (Iterable preferable)
  • Run automation workflows for re/engagement & custom audience segmentation
  • Experience with both drip and transactional email/SMS campaigns
  • A data-driven mindset with hands on experience gathering information from Looker and/or Heap Analytics to understand campaign performance
  • Experience partnering with cross functional teams in a startup environment a plus

The Role

What You Will Do

  • Product development: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, design, marketing, risk, and analytics, to develop and launch new credit card products and enhance existing products. Define product requirements, prioritize features, and manage the product development lifecycle.
  • Product roadmap: Work with the Sr. Product Manager to create and maintain a comprehensive product roadmap for the credit card vertical. Align product strategy with business goals and customer requirements. Regularly communicate the roadmap to stakeholders and ensure timely execution.
  • Stakeholder management: Collaborate closely with internal stakeholders, including risk, customer support, and executive leadership, to gather feedback, address concerns, and ensure alignment across teams. Over-communication is key.
  • Product performance analysis: Monitor key product metrics and conduct regular analysis to evaluate the performance of credit card products. Identify areas for improvement, develop quarterly OKRs, and implement data-driven optimizations.
  • Conduct market research: Stay informed about industry trends, customer needs, competitive advantages, and regulatory activities in the credit reporting vertical. Utilize market research to identify opportunities for product innovation, positioning, and improvement.
  • User experience optimization: Work closely with the design team to enhance the user experience of credit card products. Conduct user testing, gather feedback, and iterate on product design to maximize customer satisfaction.
  • Product launch and training: Collaborate on go-to-market plans, coordinate product launches, and support training efforts for internal teams, including customer support and operations. Ensure a smooth rollout and ongoing support for credit card products.

What you Bring

  • 1+ year(s) experience as a Product Owner, Business Analyst, Associate Product Manager, Technical Program Manager, or equivalent at a high-growth technology-driven company. Fintech experience preferred
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and present ideas to stakeholders.
  • Strong leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire cross-functional teams
