What you’ll do:
- Work cross-functionally with a broad set of business partners to design, implement, and maintain systems (people, process, and tools) to free our Pinterest employees and business teams from repetitive, tedious tasks
- Provide inputs and consultation to product owners to inform Collaboration and Productivity Tools roadmaps
- Plan and implement various Collaboration & Productivity technology enablement initiatives within IT Employee Experience team (Intranet, Enterprise Search, People Directory)
- Collaborate with a team of technology experts to produce user stories, acceptance criteria, functional designs, specifications, prototypes, and proofs-of-concept for new and enhanced functionality
- Understand and influence business process gaps via problem framing and applications solutioning

- Work with executives, leaders, and teams to identify problems, design solutions, and lead projects to completion ensuring activities achieve intended outcomes (success criteria, ROI)
What we’re looking for:
- 5+ years experience with technology initiatives (product management, consulting, etc)
- Experience with Collaboration & Productivity tools (Intranet, Google Workspace, slack)
- Experience managing large technology initiatives that are complex and cross-functional
- Ability to manage through ambiguity, build alignment, and create buy-in with cross-functional teams
- Ability to translate business goals into technology/product strategies and roadmaps
- Techno-functional aptitude to collaborate quickly and effectively with business and technology leaders

About the Role:
The integrated marketing team is seeking a Web Producer for Demandbase.com to handle day-to-day web operations. This is an exciting opportunity to be a part of a world-class Marketing team doing cutting-edge digital marketing using our own products. This is a full-time individual contributor role reporting to the Senior Web Manager.
The base compensation range for this position, not including bonus, is: $100,000 – $135,000
What you’ll be doing:
- Own and maintain Demandbase.com as well as campaign sites
- Work with the Content, Digital & Segment Marketing teams to create campaign landing pages with SEO tracking and reporting
- Initiate and run A/B testing using Optimizely to drive optimization of campaign landing pages
- Seek out and share insights on how to optimize the website, leveraging data from GSC, GA4, and other sources
- Make content changes throughout the website as needed working with Sales Operations, Marketing Operations, the Data Team, and more to make sure Demandbase on Demandbase is properly maintained and up and running
- Manage Web Calendar in Asana to give visibility into web projects
- Manage personalized experiences for all key audiences including regular testing and validation, optimization, reporting on performance, and working with stakeholders and content owners to update messaging
- Troubleshoot technical issues with the website
- Partner with Web Development to ensure projects are managed and completed in a timely manner
What we’re looking for:
- 4-5 years experience working as a Web Producer or Developer using WordPress
- Ability to do intermediate level web development tasks
- Proficient in HTML/CSS
Nice to Haves:
- Familiarity with typical web tech stacks GA4, Crazy Egg, SEMRush, Optimizely, Asana, Demandbase a plus
- Experience with mockup and UI prototyping tools such as Figma a plus
Soft Skills:
- Excellent project management skills with a proven track record of delivering high-quality work under tight timelines
- Detail oriented and highly organized, with a keen ability to think end-to-end while keeping projects on track and proactively flagging risks

Specific Duties and Responsibilities:
- Lead and mentor the CRM team on project implementations (Salesforce)

- Conduct design/code reviews, technical governance, coaching developers and administrator
- Identify business trends utilizing real data, compile analysis reports that are delivered to stakeholders, and then follow-up on all results
- Consult with CRM customers and maintaining high levels of customer engagement with a focus on customer satisfaction and loyalty
- Provide Release Management oversight including: strategy development, toolsets and coordination
Required Knowledge:
- Experience with Salesforce.com with experience in configuration, customization and reporting
- Experience with Lightning, Sales Cloud, Marketing Cloud, and Communities
- Possess an understanding of sales & marketing processes
- Working knowledge on expanding solutioning with customizations involving Visualforce, Apex, JavaScript, CSS
Qualifications:

- Provide top-level review of federal and multi-state income tax returns for individuals, flow through entities, corporations, and trusts; also reviews related income tax workpapers
