Who We Are Seeking
Left Field Labs is seeking a talented Full Stack Technical Lead to join our Culver City office. You will work alongside a group of dedicated and multi-disciplined technologists and designers to bring high-quality solutions to the market. We count on our developers to write elegant and well-documented code, with a strict eye towards the separation of concerns and maintainability. Our developers are creatives, we expect an eye for design, collaboration on interactions, and understanding of overall user experience when building our software. Technical Leads take their development knowledge and apply that to project leadership in the form of estimation, architecture, planning, and coming alongside developers to complete tasks and release projects.
What You’ll Need to be Successful

Position Overview
Reporting to the Sr. Manager of Virtual Events within the Go to Market Activation team, the Virtual Event Specialist will work closely with internal stakeholders across the marketing, sales, and product to support successful execution of Bonterra’s virtual event programs.
The ideal candidate will be a self-starter who is comfortable taking on new challenges and learning new processes and technology quickly. They will be detail-oriented, responsive, solution-oriented, and able to process multiple workflows at once while still meeting agreed upon timelines.
Partner with cross-functional teams to support all aspects of event planning and execution for both Bonterra hosted and third-party hosted webinars
Schedule live events, rehearsals, and any associated content development or speaker sessions to successfully deliver a virtual event
Project manage all event logistics and promotional assets via a project management tool, ensuring timely delivery of content assets to relevant audiences
Write clear and compelling events communications, including pre-event promotions, post-event follow-ups, sales outreach scripts, and landing pages
Research topics and event opportunities based on objectives, target audiences, and relevant markets to support program plan strategy recommendations
Communicate deliverables, timelines, and performance metrics to key stakeholders on a regular cadence
Support piloting new virtual event platform functionalities as they come available
Support moderator and Q&A activities to help ensure a smooth event experience for attendees and to help scale the number of events that can be run concurrently
Requirements

We are seeking a Web Marketing Specialist to support day-to-day optimization and publication efforts across Bonterra’s external facing web properties.
Position Overview

Update, optimize, maintain, and publish web content via our CMS platforms (Drupal and WordPress) according to agreed-to timelines

Test and QA beck-end website functions to ensure web properties are operating efficiently
Partner with the Web Marketing Manager to execute strategic optimizations and make updates to Bonterra’s web properties
