Web Marketing Specialist

We are seeking a Web Marketing Specialist to support day-to-day optimization and publication efforts across Bonterra’s external facing web properties.

Position Overview

Reporting to the Director of Web Production within the Go to Market Activation team, the Web Marketing Specialist will work closely with internal web team members, external agencies, and various stakeholders across the organization to respond to and process incoming web-related service requests.

The ideal candidate will be a self-starter who is comfortable taking on new challenges and learning new processes and technology quickly. They will be detail-oriented, responsive, solution-oriented, and able to process multiple workflows at once while still meeting agreed upon timelines.

Update, optimize, maintain, and publish web content via our CMS platforms (Drupal and WordPress) according to agreed-to timelines

Ensure web copy, graphics, and other content is optimized for search, brand consistency, and target personas

Receive and process web request forms and track project progression via a project management tool

Test and QA beck-end website functions to ensure web properties are operating efficiently

Partner with the Web Marketing Manager to execute strategic optimizations and make updates to Bonterra’s web properties

Partner with internal and external web developers to support break/fix development efforts

Communicate project updates to key stakeholders in a timely manner


1+ year experience in web production (Marketing degree/relatable internship experience considered)

Familiarity with Content Management Systems Drupal and WordPress

Experience with GA4, Google Tag Manager a plus

Excellent writing, communication, time management, and project management skills

Creative, innovative, and resourceful problem-solver with a positive, get-it-done attitude

Ability to work within a highly-collaborative, fast-paced, and cross-functional team

Ability to find solutions in an ever-changing environment with competing priorities

Understanding of UX principles and ability to collaborate with UX/UI designers to enhance user experiences throughout Bonterra’s web properties
