The Senior Content Writer and Editor will create compelling emails, gated assets (such as e-books and guides), blog articles, video scripts, ad copy, and web copy. They will ideate new content for campaigns, brand awareness efforts, and demand generation needsand turn those ideas into reality.
The ideal candidate should have a proven track record of producing pieces that increase engagement and drive leads. This position requires a high level of creativity and collaboration, strong editing chops, and the ability to use data-driven insights to develop better material.
Your Day to Day:
- Lead brainstorming and development of short- and long-form content for new and existing customers across brands
- Proofread, fact-check, and revise content generated by colleagues
- Identify and resolve gaps in existing content
- Collaborate with the content team, as well as various sales and marketing teams, to discuss customers needs, identify in-demand content topics, and brainstorm innovative content ideas
- Pitch strategic ideas to internal and external stakeholders and incorporate their feedback
- Monitor metrics related to our content, such as conversion rates, and make changes as needed
- Assist in the development of brand personas and appropriate messaging with the content team manager and campaign managers
- Manage projects proactively and efficiently to hit deadlines
- Coach newer members of the content team on brand messaging, internal best practices, and data-driven writing and editing strategies
- Create and maintain reference documentation, e.g., brand messaging documents
About You:
- Bachelors degree in English, Journalism, or a related field or equivalent experience
- Minimum of 5 years of experience writing for a B2B audience
- Excellent writing and editing skills across a variety of mediums, including those mentioned above
- Knowledge of digital marketing tactics, including email marketing and web analytics

Responsibilities
The Technical Business Analyst (TBA) will support the Technology Team within the Education Case Management practice. The position is responsible for designing and delivering EdTech solutions in the case management markets.
Our products are used in 30+ states by nearly 2 million people ranging from state agency staff, district and school administrators, teachers, specialists, service providers, and support staff.
The ideal candidate is well-versed in the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and comfortable creating system specifications and documentation used in the development process.
The TBA works with engineering, business stakeholders, and clients to define scope, gather requirements, design solutions, complete user acceptance testing, and manage aspects of the implementation.
Responsibilities:
The TBA can expect to play an active role in a wide range of work assignments around the successful completion of Technology tasks from start to finish.
- Facilitate software development life cycle (SDLC) activities:
- Coordinates and facilitates functional and technical requirement gathering sessions.
- Translates business requirements into proposed designs/documents and communicates designs to clients and across internal PCG teams and partners.
- Creates functional specifications (as well as any other documentation needed) to clearly denote scope and requirements to development and QA teams.
- Creates wireframes or prototypes using Axure RP, or related tools.
- Coordinates with system developers, QA teams, and user focus groups to ensure strong communication and feedback loops to inform continual system improvement.
- Develops, streamlines, and actively participates in user acceptance testing procedures and scripts in areas of assigned focus and responsibility.

Qualifications
Required Education and Work Experience:
- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience.
- 5+ years of business analysis and/or product design experience.
- Proven record of excellence in documenting, designing, and delivering technical solutions.
Preferred Work Experience
- Knowledge or experience in EdTech, Case Management systems.
- Knowledge or experience using EDPlan and/or EDPlan MTSS preferred.
- Experience with wireframing/prototyping tools such as Axure RP or ability to quickly learn.
