Job Description
As Associate Web Project Manager, you will lead project process across multiple BioSciences marketing programs. You will collaborate with internal businesses, content writers, and SEO operations to assess the web needs, desired release dates and delivery timelines, define the business requirements and corresponding web designs. You will work with a team of offshore Web Publication Specialists, as well as US based Web Content Writers, who will handle the tactical execution of projects and requests. This position will be accountable for the final result of web tactics, specifically for their quality and timeliness. You will be the Scrum Master and Agile Coach for web publication and the content writer teams, driving a continuous process improvement philosophy.
To be successful in this role, we are looking for someone who is passionate about process and project management in a digital marketing environment, building webpages, search engine optimization, and mentoring team mates. This role will include working in a highly matrixed environment in a global organization and requiring flexibility in supporting internal teams in offshore time zones.
This is a fully remote position and can be located anywhere within the United States.

Key Responsibilities:
Interface within the project management systems on assigned projects.
Drive processes in which requests initiated by multiple business partners are handled.
Monitor that web requests are completed within the pre-defined service level agreements (SLAs).
Identify gaps and inefficiencies in the web publishing process and promotes Practical Process Improvement (PPI).
Promote Agile principles for the team, acting as Scrum Master for Web Operations and Content Writers teams.
Coordinate team workload distribution to meet priorities and timelines of the various marketing campaigns, in collaboration with the Web Operations Manager and Web Content Manager
Collaborate with SEO Manager to understand and evangelize technical SEO.
Provide project status updates to the supervisor and business partners to set expectations on timelines, accomplishments, open questions and risks.
Be available during off-hours to attend meetings with team members based in India.
Meet periodically with campaign leaders to understand the needs and priorities of upcoming projects.
Work with internal business teams to understand web content requests and advise on customer-centric solutions.
Collaborate with the Corporate UX team to propose web design improvements based on business partners feedback and evidence from web analytics.
Qualifications:
Education
Bachelor or Associate degree, STEM or Business degree preferred
Experience
2+ years of experience in the field; preferably managing projects using Agile or Scrum principles
Proficient with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint).
Proficient with the Adobe Creative Suite of products including Photoshop, Acrobat, Illustrator, and Dreamweaver.
Experience with backlog management tools (e.g. WorkFront, Wrike)
Basic understanding of SEO principles and experience with page analytics and data-driven approaches.
Experience in working with in a fast-paced, collaborative, and team-based project environment.
Soft skills
Experience working in a content management system like Adobe Experience Manager (AEM), hybris, or WordPress, preferred
Passionate about user experience and customer-centric design.

What We Look For
- Prior experience in either buy or sell-side equity research, particularly covering financial services and/or financial technology companies
- Prior investor relations experience at a high-growth technology company is a plus, but not required
- Strong interest in, and knowledge of, the financial technology sector and ability to track peer companies financial and operational performance
- Demonstrated ability to work under pressure and meet tight deliverable timelines in a collaborative manner
- Prior experience directly interacting with executive leadership is a plus, but not required
