The Role
We are seeking a Director of Clinical Product Management to join Oshi Healths team. In this role you will define how our clinical team engages with our products, tools and data to offer scaled and efficient Member Care.
You will work closely with Clinical and Operational stakeholders across the organization and partner with a team of talented designers, developers, and data scientists to deliver products that make a big impact to Oshis clinical operations. This role reports to the Head of Product and is an exciting opportunity to join a growing team.

Oshi Health is revolutionizing GI care with a digital clinic model that provides easy, convenient access to an integrated and multidisciplinary care team that takes a holistic approach to diagnosing, managing and treating digestive health conditions.We take time to get to know each patient, develop a personalized, whole-person care plan that includes identification of symptom triggers and delivering evidence-based interventions, including medications, dietary changes, and mental health support.
Key areas youll work on:
- Provider facing tools (CRM & EHR) and workflows to improve the Clinical and Operational Efficiency of our clinicians and care providers.
- Define the product and technology needs of our clinicians, clinical operations managers and care coordinators
- Own and implement the roadmap to improve the Oshi Health provider experience, enabling efficient, effective member care
- Define KPIS, monitor outcomes and drive continuous improvement of provider processes
- Facilitate product requirements, definition and design
- Establish processes that create pathways for input into highly complex decisions
- Effectively communicate status updates with Clinical & Operations stakeholders and OKR squads including managing product expectations, timelines, challenges, barriers, successes and outcomes
- Serve as a partner in driving prioritization of the product backlog presenting cost-benefit analysis and KPIs to key stakeholders to drive alignment on decisioning
- Understand the scope of a problem to design product recommendations while considering the cross-functional impact
- Establish timelines for projects. Monitor and prioritize workflow and capacity towards delivering the greatest value to the product users

- Understand data flow and data structure and are competent at collecting, interpreting, and creating actionable insights from datasets
- Relate your work to the key deliverables to drive the business OKRs
- Ready to roll up your sleeves and serve the mission and goals wherever there is a need
- Anticipate and account for impact to all teams for any Product/Engineering releases and liaise between teams to communicate impact, prepare for changes, and drive solutioning
What you’ll bring to the team:
- 5+ years experience Product Strategy or Product Management with a healthcare related product
- Demonstrated results in building and optimizing an EMR (Athena, Epic, Cernar, CPRS, Allscripts, ECW) and a CRM Platform (SalesForce Health Cloud)
- Outpatient clinical experience working across clinical service lines (ie with social worker, RD, psych, etc)
- Experience with telehealth, preferably across state-lines or at healthcare startup
- Expertise working with clinical stakeholders and developing products to serve their needs
- Experience of working through possible solutions and determining the best course of action based on feature assessment methodologies
- Leverages data, feedback and research (such as A/B testing, surveys or interviews) to inform and guide future product/feature development
- Thrives in an entrepreneurial environment, comfortable with ambiguity and confident in making decisions with a passion for challenging the status quo in healthcare
- Experience working at a startup using an agile development methodology
- Bachelors, Masters, or equivalent (preferred)
Experience that would be a plus:
- Experience integrating EHR products and clinical data sets
- Experience working with Athenas EMR platform
- Experience working with Salesforce Health Cloud
- Experience working as a clinician or care provider
