ABOUT THE ROLE
As the Manager of IT, you will be responsible for managing and optimizing Second Natures internal technology infrastructure. You will play a critical role in ensuring the reliability, security, and efficiency of our IT systems and services, enabling our employees to work effectively and supporting the company’s overall business objectives.
In this role, you will manage an IT Admin and help answer all IT-related concerns, supporting individual team members with limited IT or computing knowledge remotely. In addition to supporting the day-to-day needs of our employees, a significant part of your role will be focused on implementing long-range solutions that set the organization up for scale. These efforts will enhance our employees’ experience while improving operational efficiency.
YOU WILL
- Lead the planning, implementation, and maintenance of Second Natures internal IT infrastructure.
- Serve as a frontline liaison for all IT-related matters, promptly responding to IT-related issues and ensuring that technology resources are accessible and functional for all employees, including on and offboarding and tracking user accounts.
- Onboard new hires, including preparing and shipping out laptops and equipment to new and existing employees
- Implement security measures to protect the company’s data, systems, and networks. Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and industry best practices, overseeing user provisioning, access management, Mobile Device Management (MDM) solutions, and regular software updates.
- Manage our suite of collaboration tools and software platforms, fostering seamless communication, collaboration, and knowledge-sharing among our employees.
- Manage relationships with technology vendors and service providers. Evaluate vendor products and services, negotiate contracts, and oversee vendor performance to ensure that the company’s technology needs are met effectively and cost-efficiently.
- Develop and implement disaster recovery and business continuity plans to ensure the company can recover quickly from unexpected disruptions such as natural disasters, cyber-attacks, or hardware failures.
- Work cross-functionally to identify potential efficiency improvements through the use of technology. Analyze workflows, identify bottlenecks, and implement software solutions to streamline operations and enhance productivity.
YOU HAVE
- 2+ years of experience managing an IT team
- 5+ years experience implementing compliant IT solutions
- 3+ years experience working with critical IT & Security tooling such as Identity Access Management (e.g. Okta), End-point Security (e.g. Intune or JAMF), and GRC (e.g. Drata).
- 5+ years working with Apple and PC Hardware and Software and are capable of providing Help Desk support to Mac and PC users.
- You are a self-starter with strong communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills.
- Strong background in running IT help desks and providing excellent customer service.
- Experience with cloud computing platforms, remote-work technologies, and enterprise software solutions
- Experience supporting a remote or hybrid workforce using MacOS and PC products.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills. Ability to collaborate effectively with colleagues across different departments and levels of the organization
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities. Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Demonstrated experience in implementing and expanding self-service solutions
- The ability to maintain a stock of laptops in your home office, and regularly ship out machines and equipment as needed

We are seeking a Project Manager to manage the implementation of Jack Henrys LoanVantage loan origination system (LOS). This platform provides functionality to manage activities involved in commercial and consumer loan origination processes such as pipeline and workflow automation, credit analysis / underwriting, financial spreading, presentation report, and auto-decisioning automation, along with many other lending management tools.
The Project Manager is responsible for the overall management of scope and scheduling of the implementation as well as serving as a lending product specialist who mentors a financial institution through a best practices configuration with business rules set-up to support the financial institutions operational requirements. The project manager is also responsible for client training, supporting the financial institution through acceptance testing, go-live activities, and stakeholder communications. You will be working in a Windows OS and SQL Database environment. Duration of projects can vary from short term to long term, and size will vary based on the scope of the implementation and the financial institution.
This position can be based to work out of any Jack Henry office or remote from any US location. Salary range for this position will be $67-110k, depending on candidate experience and geographic location.
What youll be responsible for:
- Serves as liaison between technical and non-technical departments in order to ensure all targets and requirements are met.
- Ensures technical projects are completed on schedule.
- Monitors and tracks all escalated issues to resolution.

Our EASE Outlink Credit Union Support team is hiring for a Technical Product Manager. In this position you will be a SME on all things OpCon, our automated processes for the Outlink hosted Credit Union clients supporting customers through implementations and migrations. This position does require traveling at least 50% or more to go on site for client business.
This role can be worked remotely within the United States.
What youll be responsible for:
- Being the client facing contact for Symitar automation products including OpCon and PowerFrame Batch. This includes:
- Assist clients with the implementation of the automation products.
- Create specific automated Schedules/workflows for clients.
- Help clients prepare their automation for migrating to EASE.
- Review the EASE datacenters automation.
- Look for opportunities for improvements.
- Build more efficient and less problematic automation.
