Our EASE Outlink Credit Union Support team is hiring for a Technical Product Manager. In this position you will be a SME on all things OpCon, our automated processes for the Outlink hosted Credit Union clients supporting customers through implementations and migrations. This position does require traveling at least 50% or more to go on site for client business.

This role can be worked remotely within the United States.

What youll be responsible for:

  • Being the client facing contact for Symitar automation products including OpCon and PowerFrame Batch. This includes:
    1. Assist clients with the implementation of the automation products.
    2. Create specific automated Schedules/workflows for clients.
    3. Help clients prepare their automation for migrating to EASE.
  • Review the EASE datacenters automation.
    1. Look for opportunities for improvements.
    2. Build more efficient and less problematic automation.
    3. Work on special projects involving automation.
  • Assisting Symitars development and support teams by:
    1. Building automated tests.
    2. Troubleshooting integration issues between OpCon or PowerFrame Batch and Symitar.
    3. Helping answer support questions involving OpCon or PowerFrame Batch.
  • Assist Symitars sales team sell automation products and services.
  • Establishes and interacts with user community (e.g., focus groups, crowdsourcing, customer fact finding, etc.)
  • May perform other job duties as assigned.

What youll need to have:

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience working with OpCon.
  • Must be able to travel 50% or more for client business.
  • Must be able to work after hours which may include travelling on the occasional weekend as the business need dictates.

  • Bachelors degree
  • Able to use independent judgment to plan, prioritize and organize a diversified workload.
  • Specific knowledge of the financial industry as it relates to the product.
  • General project management knowledge and abilities.
  • Good verbal and written communication skills.
