The Senior Creative Director will own the creative strategy and direction of all graphic and website design, copy, video, animation, photography, promotional assets, and more behind our brand and owned properties. This position is a creative force who can work across many teams and understand the nuances of daily project management. You will need to translate concepts easily to all stakeholders to sell an idea.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead a team of graphic and website designers.
  • Evolve and ensure consistency and integrity behind KnowBe4’s brand and brand guidelines.
  • Lead all design needs such as presentations, assets, signage, and event graphics and collateral.
  • Manage a production calendar and the team responsible for hitting those deadlines.
  • Create and improve the company’s creative team and its workflow to build a top-notch operation.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams such as company leaders, marketing teammates, and other key stakeholders on key projects each quarter.
  • Managing all company website design and build.
  • Provide genuine recommendations as to the hiring, firing, promotion, and discipline of subordinate employees to which the Company gives significant weight

Qualifications:

  • Minimum 8 years experience in design, building and maintaining websites, project management, and/or in an in-house or agency creative position
  • Experience with Adobe Creative Suite
  • Experience with Google Workspace
  • Experience with MS Office (Word and Excel)
  • Excellent time management and organization skills
  • Excellent eye for design and typography and the ability to deliver constructive feedback on projects to the creative team
  • Great communicator, both in conveying design best practices and project details/ideas across all levels of the company, including the executive team
  • Prior experience working with a global company, understands design concepts to suit different cultures and languages
  • Experience with HubSpot CMS a plus

TheSolutions Architect Isessential roles and responsibilities include, but are not limited to the following:

  • Collaborate closely with internal teams, including product, engineering, support, and finance, to ensure alignment and successful execution of customer initiatives.
