WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR:

The Ecommerce Coordinator will report to the Associate Director of Ecommerce and will be responsible for overseeing the BaubleBar website with support from the Senior Ecommerce Coordinator. The Ecommerce Coordinator will work cross functionally to manage all item data, ensure all item setup flows into Shopify and confirm a timely launch for all products. They will also be responsible for pulling relevant data and metrics to proactively suggest site and UX optimizations. The Ecommerce Coordinator will work cross-functionally with the broader DTC team to oversee and optimize all onsite merchandising related to marketing messages and promotional events.

WHAT WE WANT YOU TO DO:

  • Manage daily optimization of BaubleBar.com collection & product pages including but not limited to adjustments to product set up, creative optimizations, and implementation of new tech functionality as it relates to business objectives, marketing messaging, promotional events, selling trends, etc.
  • Manage the product launch process on Shopify, working closely with the NetSuite Product Set Up Team as well as cross functional partners to collect all information necessary to build and launch products
  • Present weekly site performance, highlighting opportunities or trends for ongoing maintenance & improvement shared with cross functional partners
  • Stay up to date with marketplace trends, technology, and opportunities to work with 3rd party partners to continuously improve
  • Partner with Marketing Team on SEO & site optimization to ensure the site is in sync with our external messaging
  • Partner with Buying/Planning to understand stock positions & share site performance trends

WHAT WE WANT TO SEE:

  • At least 1 year of DTC merchandising, preferably as part of a broader Ecommerce team
  • Bachelors Degree in relevant field
  • Extensive knowledge of Shopify
  • Proficient in Google Analytics
  • Proficient in Excel
  • NetSuite experience preferred
  • Data and logic-driven with strong analytical and project management skills required
  • Ability to work autonomously with strong attention to detail
  • Positive, can-do, problem-solving attitude with a demonstrated ability to be flexible and multi-task in a fast-paced work environment
  • Ability to communicate results to various stakeholders and clearly present data
  • Position can be remote (residing anywhere in the US and currently authorized to work in the US) OR Hybrid with days in our NYC office.

Twilio is looking for an experienced Technical Account Manager who is going to be the designated technical support engineering contact for our strategic customers.   • Delivery of financial plan for IT transformation, in collaboration with Finance and Business Operations, and having oversight on investment budgets of $20M+

  • Incorporate existing Optum technology standards, security and capabilities into client solutions, as applicable
