Responsibilities

  • Organize, plan, and execute projects.
  • Create and maintain project schedules.
  • Engage with various stakeholders and facilitate stakeholder discussions.
  • Responsible for the overall management of thecontractand ensuring that the technical requirements and schedules in thecontractare being fully supported in a timely manner.
  • Manage programming and systems supporting thecontract.
  • Organize, direct, and coordinate the estimating, planning, conducting, producing, monitoring, and reporting of all the contractor’s personnel support activities.
  • Assign, schedule, and review work of subordinates.
  • Plan, direct, control, schedule, coordinate, and organize utilization and management of tasks.
  • Interface with CDC management personnel, CDC technical monitors and staff, and other cognizant CDC officials.
  • Develop and motivate assigned Contractor staff to improve performance and quality throughout the duration of the performance period
  • As required, meet (in-person, telephonically, or via Skype or Microsoft Teams) with the Contracting Officers Representative (COR) or assigned office point of contact to discuss task order work assignments, schedules, workloads, potential problems and their resolutions
  • Conduct biweekly or monthly staff meetings with all staff members to make assignments, review workloads, discuss plans, address problems and develop solutions. These meetings can be conducted by teleconference and will not be billable to the Government
  • Provide progress reports outlining accomplishments/milestones met, planned activities, recommendations of process improvements and risks/issues and delivered to customer via email, with activities broken out by task.
  • Manage external and internal communication to ensure consistent and frequent messaging across work streams, with customer.
  • Manage risks and issues aligned to the work performed to ensure each work stream is producing according to plans and issues are identified early along with corresponding strategies for remediation.

Qualifications

  • Four (4) years of relevant, direct comparable or similar work experience
  • CompletedMastersdegreeor equivalent work experience to substitute
  • Project Management Professional (PMP)
  • Lean Six Sigma Green Belt (preferred)

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

  • Strong leadership and management skills
  • Good knowledge of budgeting and resource allocation procedures
  • Good knowledge and handling of project and program management methodology and techniques
  • Professional interpersonal and computer skills, to include but not limited to, skills in operating Microsoft Office software, with emphasis on Word, Excel, Power Point, and Outlook as well as SharePoint

As a Cardiac Safety Project Manager you will be responsible for directing and managing services for client projects to assure high quality, on-time, and on-budget services while promoting excellent customer service.

What you’ll do:

Lead the Planning and Setup, Monitoring, and Closeout phases of study management which includes:

  • Gathering customer requirements and relaying to internal teams
  • Developing study documentation
  • Distributing/tracking equipment
  • Creating/distributing reports
  • Archiving study data and documentation
  • Appropriate setting and fulfilling of customer expectations

Monitor study timelines and manage the financial components of each program/study, which includes:

  • Budget reviews

  • Attend client meetings with Business Development and/or Operational teams to present Company services and Operational Data flow, as needed.
  • Assist with training new members of the Project Management team.
  • Perform other duties, assignments, or special projects as time and/or circumstances necessitate.

Experience:

  • 1- 4 years of experience in project management with an emphasis in the pharmaceutical field (or related industry experience).

The Director of Digital Paid Media Marketing is responsible for leading our digital brand strategy and execution across multiple paid media channels. Primary Responsibilities:

  • Lead the development, execution, and measurement of digital brand programs across UHC

  • Solid understanding of digital paid media as a brand building and acquisition/retention channel, partnering with internal/external teams to improve online consumer experience
  • Solid understanding of the analytics of digital media programs and the ability to translate and communicate the data and insights to leadership and cross-functional teams
  • Must be 18 years of age or older

About the Role:

This position will play a key role in our customer acquisition efforts and will be responsible for strategy, management, optimization, and reporting. Qualified candidates are expected to have extensive experience in the Google advertising platform, knowledge of digital advertising best practices, as well as experience managing growth / performance marketing objectives.
